This recently renovated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, second-floor, secluded condo is nestled in the heart of Stone Harbor -- 1.5 blocks to the 99th Street pristine beach, and 1.5 blocks to quaint 96th Street. Just park your car and RELAX!!

Ideal for couples, this bright and airy 400-square foot condo features an open-concept living space and complete cook's kitchen. A separate, large bedroom with Queen bed, flat screen TV and blackout shades allows you to get your best night's sleep. The attached spa bath with oversized shower, dual sinks and skylight completes the space.

Amenities such as cable, 5G WIFI, and a dedicated workspace allows you to check-in remotely. After a full day at the beach, rinse off in the private, outside shower. Enjoy a cocktail (or two) on the balcony while taking in breathtaking sunset views.

Two (2) beach tags, (2) beach chairs and (2) beach cruiser bikes are also provided during your stay.

A cleaning service is arranged upon check-out.

Street parking is readily available in front of the property. There is no dedicated off-street parking.

Tastefully appointed apartment near town
Upon entering, we both thought how tastefully appointed the small apartment was and felt welcome. If you're looking for a place to stay that is just a short walk into downtown Stone Harbor, we recommend staying here. Working with Russell was easy and we really enjoyed the week in what felt like our home away from home. Plus we got to experience tiny home living near a wonderful beach I spent my childhood at!

Such a cute tiny place! Well appointed. Felt right at home. Perhaps 2 blocks from the beach and a quick walk to Third Ave and 96th St. Russell and Jessica are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

So charming and super-clean!
Lovely apartment, cozy and bright and airy. This place is perfect for a couple, single person or single parent or couple with one child. I really loved this place! I do have to say it was a little bit small in the sleeping arrangements though. I am single mom with 2 boys, ages 11 and 13. My older son slept on a cot/roll-away bed in the living room. It was fine for a few nights but a bigger teenager probably wouldn't be that comfortable on the cot or the couch there. Also it is a second floor apartment so if you have a toddler or new walker you might want to bring a safety gate. If you are a single or couple it's perfect!

This was the perfect place for my niece and I to stay. Easy walk to the beach and uptown. Keypad lock made it easy so we didn't have to fool with keys. Would definitely stay here again!
