Nice Stay

This was an excellent location, with great shops and parks to walk to. The house was dog friendly and the gated yard was a plus!

Great little bungalow!

We had a great time! The house was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed! Kind friendly with board games and a fun little outdoor area. They provide beach chairs and boogie boards. Plenty of space in the house and a cute shared outdoor area.

Nice but

Clean and comfortable. Quality linens and kitchen utensils.Old wall heater, that doesn't heat rooms well. Wouldn't stay in summer as there is no A/C. If you had windows open, the noise from freeway/train would be unbearable.

Cozy and Convenient

Cute, clean, and cozy, it is close to what you want in Carlsbad. You don’t hear the nearby freeway. Front and side yards are lovely and useful. Strong internet. Parking is a plus. Nice location. But we were disappointed there wasn’t Netflix, Prime, etc. (must use your own account), and no simple pantry or laundry items (spices, oil, detergent, etc.). It seems those things are standard in other rentals and would have been nice to have. There was the mild smell of a water leak/mildew that we informed the manager about. Small negatives. We definitely recommend and would return to this property. You will enjoy your stay here.
