It was a good stay there in Mercure. Room should be better in terms of cleanliness. Other than that everything fine.

we would like to have an official complaint with your service due to my team did not satisfy with our service.
Let me summarize as below following
1. Anonymous underwear in wardrobe in Santiparb's room , even he told your staff but next day it's still in the room
2. WIFI could not use for 2 days
3.no slipper in room
4.the maid took toothpaste from the bathroom and no refill
Since we had been stayed with you for 2nd time already this time really not reach the level of satified , please improve your cleaniness , facilty and customer service.

I liked their in-room dining service the best .Whatever I asked, The chef ensured that I got everything at one go --from salad to salt-pepper to pickle or required sauces. I did not have to call back gain for anything.
The food was as per my specification.
The property is new and has been very tastefully done up .
