The hotel was very clean and the day clerk was very nice. What I didn’t like was how the night clerk was rude. She should watch how she speak/address people, especially adults. We are not her children. Despite her rudeness and unprofessionalism, I would stay there again.

We will be back!
This hotel was perfect for our stay. I noticed right as we walked down the hallway that everything not only looked but smelled clean (one of my cringe things in a lot of places). The room was updated very nicely and laid out comfortably. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly. To top it off we got a nice email from the operations manager inquiring on our stay...one that actually allowed for a reply- which I gladly gave to commend him and his staff. Definitely worth going to a smallish town we hadn't heard of.

The rooms were spectacular! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with neighboring rooms and asked to be moved they did not hesitate and we super nice about it too! The property is in an ideal spot for shopping & eating. This is definitely our favorite hotel to date!
