L hotel a une superbe vue et le personnel est plutot sympathique mais à part cela j'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit. Déja je n'etais pas du tout rassurée clim ne semble pas envoyer d'air frais, chambre qui fait peur, cadavres d'insectes et petit dejeuner ridicule (littéralement 2 oeufs et 3 tranches de fruits). 1 nuit pas plus!

Loved the staff, they were very attentive and present. The location was great with easy access to the lagoon. Room definitely needed better maintenance, they lacked towels. There were some animals living in the roof that made noise all night.

There was no running water, no power, after a storm, no staff to help us, there was a leak spraying water in our bathroom. We had to leave early, no one to check us out and no refund! I sent an email to the property and they did not respond. The worst place I have stayed - do not book at this hotel!

Peaceful and gorgeous

We absolutely loved Casa Shiva. We were there during the off season so everything was pretty quiet. We spent a LOT of time on the pier hanging out and reading and swimming - it was a breathtaking view and the water is beautiful! The employees were awesome - very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was amazing too! We loved it and hope to be back. Its simple - not a lot of extra frills, which we loved.

Great vibe!

This place has nice decks with loungers under palapas over the water. It has a very relaxed vibe. The cabin is not luxurious, but has a bed, ac, lights, shower, sink toilet and 1 outlet on each side of the bed. The bed is on a very low platform, maybe 4-6 inches off the ground. It was not the most comfortable bed and we only had one pillow each. Breakfast is made to order and was delicious. The staff speak very little English, but are very kind. It is the sort of place that is great in your 20s, but If you are laid back, this spot was wonderful and we loved the staff.

En general la habitación que me toco (tortuga) excelente, acceso fácil, terraza que da hacia la laguna a unos metros con una vista espectacular.

el lugar es precioso y esta en una zona privilegiada de la laguna, lo que no me gusto fue el servicio de alimentos, habia muy pocas opciones, pague mi estancia con desayunos incluidos y los primeros días solo tenian omeletes cuando anunciaban que habia chilaquiles, enchiladas, hot cakes, etc. Muchas personas pagaban el pass day por lo hermoso del lugar pero se iban decepcionados por la poca opción en alimentos, si mejoran esta area de oportunudad todo sería increible ya que el centro esta a unos 15 munutos en automovil o habia que hay a otros hoteles que si tenian mas opciones de alimentos en sus restaurantes, la excusa era que estaban en temporada baja cuando el hotel estuvo lleno durante toda mi estancia
