酒店所有員工都很有禮貌,有笑容,十分願意幫忙,每天都會收拾好房間清潔整齊,入住第二天是男友的生日,我們沒有任何的申請,但酒店員工很細心,特別佈置好房間及安排生日蛋糕給我們,待我們回房間後看到十分驚喜,感謝酒店員工的安排,很開心很難忘,有機會一定會再入住,thank you:)

床褥有下陷的位置,不舒服
我住底層,有蚊子,床上有蚊血,酒店 潔整可以再改善更好。東南亞飱廳坐位不足夠,如果人客有要求,可以借用其它飧廳坐位。泳池毛巾不整潔,有細小的嘢爬行,另我對他們的整潔度扣了好多分 但酒店服務人員非常有禮貎。

With regards to mosquito - whilst we hope that all of our guests enjoy the resort’s scenic riverside location, your comfort is of the utmost importance and we do everything possible to minimise disturbance from mosquitoes. We work closely with a pest control company, and the resort grounds are fumigated on a weekly basis as per their professional advice. In addition we provide mosquito spray in every guestroom and mosquito repellent at all of our restaurants, bars and public spaces for guests’ convenience. We also advise to keep guestroom balcony doors closed to ensure that bedrooms are mosquito-free. In respond to cockroach - Anantara Chiang Mai Resort’s unique appeals is its style. all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards to ensure a luxurious and relaxing ambience. Having investigated your comment regarding the cockroach, please rest assured that this was actually the small insect and was cleaned away the moment it was discovered. I do hope this gives you peace of mind. We truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your views about our luxurious riverside retreat and look forward to welcoming you again for another memorable stay in Chiang Mai. 雖然鄰近夜市和按摩, 餐飲, 但進了酒店又不聽到嘈雜聲. 星期日有一個 Sunday Market 在舊城區內, 由酒店行去要22-25分鐘, 不過酒店側邊亦有一個夜市, 只要3-5 分鐘路程, 清邁的夜市非常大的, 而且相連得很接近.

Best hotel in Chiang Mai
Highly recommend Anantara. We spent most of the time in the hotel. Everything's here is amazing. All the staff are willing to help and so caring of everyone. Especially Simona, she helped us for arranging the birthday surprise and recommended us traveling tips in Chiang Mai! The restaurant, Spa, breakfast, everything's is so good in Anantara!

建築能把現代及自然結合, 服務非常好的酒店
酒店服務員工非常有效率, 友善, 對市內的旅遊景點都非常熟悉, 能提供意見及樂於代客人至電預約. 環境房間等等都跟在訂房時看到的照片相符或更好. 餐廳食物種類非常多, 可惜味道一般, 有待改善. 健身室非常大及專業. 我們入住的當天泳池剛開始修咠工程, 雖然酒店也有提供另外的泳池選擇, 可是心理上還是覺得原本的泳池該好一點, 這方面可能要訂房公司跟酒店聯繫一下, 讓客人在訂房前已理解有酒店的主要設施可能會在客人訂房期間不開放.

入住感覺很好,員工很友善而且主動提供協助,酒店也很優美,早餐豐富,晚上酒店還提供了一些泰國小食予我們享用,份量不多,但有心意;另外,Pest control 尚算可以,但蚊子還是有的,尤其在接待處的座位處,另外,如房內也能提供香薰爐會更好。

一如既往的高水准设施与服务,餐厅新有升级
淡季来清迈住chedi,不论去哪里都方便,内环境一如既往的提现了“空”的意境,价格也真是超值,2015年起原来中间的领事楼2层改成了亚洲菜餐厅,从房间服装到菜单都有设计,主打英国谍报风,提供中泰越风味的小菜,价廉物美,某些菜品不输四季酒店餐厅的水准,相当新奇,也为中国人增加了不少就餐选项。 这次连订了5天,到达当天碰到些技术问题,不过酒店很有诚意地进行了解决和服务升级,因此也享受了一次免费spa,晚餐和limo接送,也就没有了任何不满。套房的诸般待遇中,送洗衣比较实惠。 总之,四季太远,文华换老板后近年走下坡路,对我来说,只有chedi也就是Anantara成为城区豪华度假的第一选择。

Wonderful stay
Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and food is good as well. The Environment is gorgeously beautiful and peaceful. Only the old consulate hall is under maintenance, so this brings a bit mess and smell to that area. Other than that, it's a wonderful hotel and worth paying visit again!

I enjoy a good stay
I enjoy swimming by the river , Thai cuisine menu mixing with a vairety of western breakfast buffet is wonderful. They spend a lot of efforts in killing gems and insects , so that we can enjoy the breakfast very much even beside the river. Sun rise is is beautiful when I laid on the louge chair in the balcony . My wife said spa is fantastic . We will come back to Anatara again .
