My room is ok but aircon broke down on my last evening. Hotel receptionist asked me to switch room to next door. When I check out on Mon 28 Aug, they claimed I took their slippers. Told the receptionist that I wore the same slipper when I switched room :). In new room, I didn't even touch any amenities etc. The new room is ok but aircon was too noisy even in 'low fan'.

酒店房間沒有書枱燈，及冷氣噪音比較大，泳池此較小，相對曼谷及華欣好的酒店稍遜。惟整體良好，性價比可受
酒店位置很近古城，地點方便，家庭房很好，服務很好，渡假很適合，洒店泳池很细，沒有渡假feel。本次行程豐富，古城味道濃厚，值得前往體驗。

無熱水，熱水爐一秒變凍!職員極無禮貌(黑面，態度差，完全唔helpful)! 房間每日整理，但没有更換基本東西(例如廁紙無了也不補回，使用過的玻璃杯-有可樂 也不更換或清洗，將你睡衣放到地上), 泳池污糟又細，早餐選擇少! 整體只能用一個差字形容! 從來無試過咁差既酒店 非常質疑其評分為可有4 分! Worst hotel ever!

不錯的選擇，可以再來。
地點雖在小巷內，但算方便，走2分鐘就到大街，那裹有按摩店及餐廳，塔佩門就往左走通往舊城區，步行約15分鐘便到夜市。房間空間夠大，簡單的泰式設計，只是泳池較小，清邁的酒店就是這樣。價格在清邁來說略高，但可接受。它附近有家個人喜愛的SPA，所以會再次入住。

Spa is very good. But there is 1 bad thing. I asked the staff to reserve a table in one restaurant for me and double confirmed it was done. However, when I went to the restaurant, the restaurant staff told me that no booking is allowed. Not sure this is due to language issue or attitude issue.
