每一次我來清邁，首選都必定選德蘭納酒店，因為在舊城區附近都方便，無論吃東西或按摩，叫車，早餐都很好吃，不過今次過來，發現洗澡的水壓間中會有不足，枕頭有點高，其他都很好

其中有一天，清潔之後沒有把房門關上
這是我第2次入住，整體都很滿意，早餐也很好，早餐不是很多選擇，但足夠，房間很舒適，9月是清邁的雨季，酒店房間內有提供雨傘和拖鞋，唯一要改善的是，其中有一天房間清潔後，沒有把我們的房門關上！！

地點很方便，Sunday night market在旁（5分鐘路程）。房間門前的魚池有很多小蚊滋，而且房間有蚊。但浴室衛生不清潔，打掃員工態度十分差。早餐選擇少，有待改善。

我們下午一點多便到酒店，幸運的住了進去。房间是在楼下。没有窗户，落地玻璃的门，如打開的話，外面會看到。因此，不能打開。感覺不太好。如下次再訂房间，要有窗。没有牙刷，事先自己也没想到。打去服務台，叫我去7 eleven買、拖鞋是膠鞋，不是即棄，感觉不太衛生。服務員的笑容不多。 其實，Check in可以和我們說一下，自己買牙刷。地點非常好。近night market. 交通非常方便。

A quiet and comfortable place
Some staff are very helpful (e.g. helped us to find tuk tuk, explain how I can get to a certain place) but like staff in restaurants, they are slow in service until you ask for things from them (but they are willing to help, you just need to ask for everything) And a bit disappointed that the pool was suddenly closed for cleaning on the last morning I'd love to spend there. If I have known earlier I may have planned for something else. But if just for cleaning, why not do it at other non-busy time? Despite all those, I still love this hotel.

酒店大堂比較細沒有什麼氣派，但是沒有關係。Check in 的時候立即送上一杯涼透心的椰青水，十分貼心😍 房間整體舒適度，我是住在頂樓，所以樓頂尖尖上去是比較高的。泳池不大，但也可以。早餐雖然款式不太多，也是足夠及好味😋 最後只是個人意見/提意，浴室缺乏可擺放東西的地方（女士們很多護膚/化妝品）及淋浴間開始有點舊。

Great location, clean room, friendly staff
Stunning hotel!! Clean and spacious room; friendly and helpful staff with awesome breakfast. Great location, far away from the busy area, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops on foot. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. However, I do find the swimming pool a bit small though. If I ever return to Chiangmai, I will definitely chose DeLanna hotel again.

房間設備開始有點舊: 浴室內掛牆式風筒前後壊了2次; 第一次壞了, 酒店馬上提供後備風筒, 第2天拆了風筒去修理, 修理好隔天再掛回浴室內; 晚上用了不足30秒又壞了, 不過這次沒有後備風筒了, 因已被其他住客借用了。還好同行友人有自備風筒。建議須知吹頭的旅客最好是自備旅行風筒, 以防萬一。 淋浴的浴簾上有一點一點黑色的發霉, 感覺不太好 雖然酒店有點點舊, 不過整體來說, 酒會環境及房間是舒服的, 服務人員也很友善

Hotel is located in Old Town, near Sunday Market. There are 7-11, restaurants, cafes & massage nearby. This hotel is in Thai style with cozy & tidy rooms. However, toothbrush & toothpaste are not provided. Also, staff sometimes forgot to replace enough towels or tea bags etc & caused misunderstanding during check-out.

Convenient location with some hiccups
Convenient location. The room in the new wing is good enough although the bath room is a bit small (when you open/close the door). There is some leakage of water from the shower door so that it soaked the bathroom floor a bit. The TV reception is so poor and basically you cannot watch any channel clear.

Gorgeous Lanna style hotel in old city
Stunning Lanna style building. Clean room with abudant space to walk around. Polite and helpful staff speaking fluent english. Breakfast served with variety everyday. Location is great - not too close to busy areas so it wouldn't be too noisy at night, but also not to far away from shops and restaurants (only 5 - 10 mins walk). 15 mins walk to Thaphae gate which is not too bad.

Near the Old City, nice boutique hotel.
I've stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The staffs are very polite with smiles and feeling helpful. The room is cean, modern and stylish. Overall, the hotel facilities are quite new. The breakfast was nice, with different Thai or Western style food options. The salad bar area is so clean and have lids to cover the fresh fruits and salad. Overall, feeling clean and tidy. But one thing feeling not so good, there've quite a lot of the mainland China people. Feeling a bit noisy while having breakfast in the past 2 days. Other that that, feeling enjoyable to this hotel.
