We were disheartened to see your comment concerning the balcony as normally we receive positive feedbacks with room design and function. Due to security concerns, the guest allows accessing the balcony by request. However, you requested for a different room with a terrace, which is not the room that you had booked and it is the higher room type. Thus, there is a difference in the price needed for a room upgrade. Meanwhile, the rooftop bar is required advanced reservation. We wish these would clarify your concerns.
