"Had a very enjoyable stay, lovely property but listing didn’t give the full picture. It does not have air conditioning (just one ceiling fan in conservatory), the listed restaurants nearby no longer existed or only open for lunch, rickety spiral staircase to two of the bedrooms and bathroom is downstairs only. "It is a beautiful house in a delightful setting. The owners gave us such a warm welcome and could not have done more to make us feel at home. We had a restful week exploring the wonderful area and the children enjoyed returning back to the lovely garden to play badminton or table tennis. "

"A very spacious property both inside and out. Very well equipped, and appearing to be further developed. Very good kitchen, bbq and outside areas and a rather quirky inside layout. Lots of space for families with children. We had an issue at one point and the owners, who are charming people, were very quick to respond and to try and sort things out. The pool, of course, is excellent, particularly as we had extremely hot weather."

"We had a short stay as a family here during a trip to the area. It is a lovely, peaceful property and well laid out. We had a great check in experience with the friendly concierge who explained everything to us. We also briefly met the owner who was helpful and friendly. The house is in a very nice setting and we enjoyed having the swimming pool for a nice relax in the afternoon after a day of exploring!
