This large beautiful 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom renovated chalet is located within a 4 minute walk to Scandinave Spa, 2 minute drive to Blue Mountain Village and 5 min drive to Northwinds beach!

This stylish place is perfect for group trips. No shortage of things to enjoy or space at this property!
Wood burning outdoor barrel sauna, 6 person hot tub, games room with pool table, fooseball, ping pong, seating area and smart tv.

Walk through the front door to your open concept living room, dining room, kitchen area. The large 12 person dining table is perfect to gather around or sit and relax by the cosy wood burning fireplace in living room. The hot tub is located just outside the patio door off of living area for easy access. This main floor also has 1 large full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (2 queen and 1 double) and access to garage games room.

Seating area with smart tv

There is a spacious private backyard with wood burning barrel sauna. Weber gas bbq and plenty of outdoor seating on the deck. Lots of grass area for lawn games or kids to play!

Upper level has a second living room area
with smart tv and entrance to top deck with outdoor couch set. In the summer months this deck has hot sunlight all day. The master king bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with stand up glass shower. 4 other bedrooms are located on this upper level as well (3 queens and 1 double) and 1 full washroom.

It was a great location. Communication mostly with owner. No communication on checkout process. Any issues were addressed by owner. Sauna was not functioning and not made aware.We had a great getaway.

Beautiful just as shown and described. We were back to our home town Collingwood for a family funeral. It was great finding a place that accommodated all of us! We felt vey welcomed and right at home. The games room was used well and gave the family time to have some fun and reconnect. I would highly recommend.

House was beautiful, kitchen and living spaces were good. Furniture on outside deck was wet and moldy. Kitchen needed a few more items (tinfoil, containers, cookie sheet), luckily we brought some of our own. Instructions could have been better (I.e. is there a coffee maker, what do we do with the garbage, is there recycling). And towels and throw blankets would be a nice touch. This was more pricier than our normal rentals so expected a bit more.

We recently stayed at "💙The Sweet Spot HOT TUB SAUNA & GAMES ROOM" in Collingwood for a friends' reunion, and our experience was absolutely perfect. The property was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like a hot tub, sauna, and games room. Kady, the property manager, provided exceptional service. When we left an e-reader behind, she promptly found it and arranged for us to pick it up, showing great understanding and assistance. The location is ideal, not only close to Blue Mountain Village, which was our main point of interest, but also conveniently near grocery stores where we bought supplies for our next morning's breakfast. The property's setting in a small town away from big cities and buildings offered a stunning view of the night sky. We even managed to take incredible pictures of the Milky Way. We highly recommend this property for group getaways and look forward to returning!
