The entrance was difficult Ulf. We are a bit older and had trouble with our luggage using the steps. The ramp was nice, but had no railings to use it safely. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and comfortable.

Ones a year, I visit the Leverkusen area and doing so since 2011. Over those years, I have stayed many times in this hotel. It used to be a branded member of the Best Western group. Now it is a newly renovated Delta hotel. Delta hotels are part of the Marriott group branding which is participating in the Marriott Bonvoy travel program. On some websites you’ll see this hotel under the name LEOSO. However, it is the same hotel that recently has undergone extensive renovation. The new comfort, superior or deluxe rooms are completely remodeled. This time I stayed in a comfort room (see pictures). Each room comes with individual adjustable air conditioning, a small refrigerator, safe, NESCAFÉ coffee maker and plenty of space to sit, work and stretch out to watch TV. The power outlets are equipped with lightning sockets and can charge mobile devices directly. The hotel provides NESCAFÉ pods, tea and water in those rooms. The bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower or bathtub. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided. The hotel staff is and has always been outstanding! The receptionists are very friendly, professional and helpful. The room service stuff-members are great too and making sure to refill coffee pods, tea bags and water. The cleaning personnel is doing a great job and making sure to freshen up the rooms daily. Delta By Marriott in Leverkusen is my favorite hotel in the area and I highly recommend it.

Staff were so helpful

Although the hotel was undergoing renovation, our room was immaculate and comfortable, there was no bar but offered soft drinks on the temporary reception. The staff were so helpful with all of our needs and ordered taxi for us. I really appreciated the helpful service from the staff…thank you, I would definitely stay again

Das Hotel befindet sich derzeit im Umbau. Das Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung, aber das komplette Erdgeschoss ist eine einzige Baustelle und man geht über die Baustelle zum Fahrstuhl und fährt in die Rezeption. Ich habe das Zimmer spät am Abend gebucht, hätte es aber nicht genommen bei Kenntnis der Zustände vor Ort. So musste ich ein Treffen mit einem Geschäftspartner absagen, konnte nicht frühstücken, in der Lobby arbeiten etc. Da zu den Baumaßnahmen in Expedia (Mobilversion) keine Infos zu finden waren - ich hätte sonst definitiv das Zimmer nicht gebucht- habe ich um eine Rückerstattung eines Teils des Buchungsbetrages gebeten. Man reagierte weder Service orientiert, noch einsichtig, argumentierte, dass über die Baumaßnahmen auf der eigenen Webseite oder der desktopversion von Expedia erwähnt wurden. Das überzeugt nicht, da die meisten User Mobilkunden sind und es Aufgabe des Hotels ist, über Einschränkungen wie Baumaßnahmen (auch außerhalb des Zimmers) zu informieren. Wegen der „no refund“ Politik war ich am Abend gezwungen, das Zimmer zu nehmen. Die weitere Kommunikation seitens des Hotels war weder freundlich, noch wurde ich ernst genommen. Trotz telefonischer Zusage von 50% Rabatt erfolgte dies nicht, ich wurde mehrfach nicht zurückgerufen. Die Kommunikation war katastrophal und man erwähnt bis heute kein Wort in den mobilversionen der Portale bzgl. Umbau. Letztlich wurde mir trotz vorheriger Zusage kein Rabatt angeboten. Eine furchtbare „Service“ Erfahrung!

Ruhig, sauber und geräumig

Wir waren auf einem Konzert direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Deswegen war die Lage perfekt. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit unser E-Auto auf dem Parkplatz zu laden. Das Hotel wurde gerade außen umgebaut. Die Zimmer waren aber ruhig, sauber und geräumig.

Die neu renovierten Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sehr guter Qualität, verschiedene Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Wenn die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist und die Gastronomie wieder geöffnet hat, wird es ein tolles Hotel.
