Belle Property Escapes are super excited to introduce Muriel’s place pet friendly holiday home to the Short-Term Rental Accommodation market for the very first time.

Be our first of many guests to come and stay at Muriel’s place at Corlette dog friendly getaway. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience a bit of holiday luxury in this new holiday home to the market. Set off a peaceful street, amongst other quality houses, walking distance or short bike ride to the beautiful beaches of Corlette including Corlette dog Beach and Dutchies Beach, you won’t be disappointed!

Don’t be deceived, this property is much bigger than you envisage as you first walk up to the front door, as you arrive to this gorgeous Hamptons style getaway. As you open the door prepare to be breath taken taking the walk through this sophisticated, and beautifully furnished property. No expense has been spared when our owner has thoughtfully planned and styled thought this property out, it really is second to none.

Perfect for a family holiday or come as a group of adult friends for a long weekend getaway or week-long vacation. Our owners have spared nothing in offering their holiday home to the market for the first time and now invite others to relax in Muriel’s place of peace and tranquility amongst the tropical garden.

This airconditioned property offers three bedrooms (all with robes), two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, open plan kitchen, indoor formal dining and living area, upstairs, and an additional living room downstairs, as well as ample dining outside on the rear pergola, all complete with luxury finishes and furnishings inside and out.
This property offers split cycle air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout, making it perfect all year around.

The upstairs formal living room is complete with comfortable tasteful white Hamptons style lounges and seating, complemented by quality furnishings, large smart tv, a large quantity of books for the novelist in you all, to read during your stay and complimentary free Wi-Fi. This leads to a large undercover alfresco dining area at the rear of the property on the upper balcony, which is lined with large glass windows, bringing the tropical gardens of the rear gardens inside. Set with BBQ, with plenty of dining seating for all, and dart board on the top balcony for your enjoyment.

Whilst downstairs there is an additional games room, lined with sporting memorabilia, that the owner has generously set to share with the guests during their stay. This area is set with pool table, which looks out onto the tropical rear yard, plus second fully furnished lounge room with a second smart tv, there is even an exercise bike provided for your use during your stay, tastefully decorated throughout for your enjoyment. Outside the glassed pool room leads to the enclosed rear yard. This property really is set for pure entertainment and complete hosting for all ages, there is no need to leave home as there is guaranteed to be something to entertain you all.

On either level you can sit back and relax with a good book, amongst the tropical foliage of the rear yard, or take advantage of the outdoor dining area whilst enjoying a bbq get together with family and friends.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1 Master on the top floor – entry level – Queen bed set with luxury linen, hamptons style furnishings, ceiling fan and built in mirrored robe.
Bedroom 2 – on the lower floor set with Queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.
Bedroom 3- Tri Bunk (double bed with single bed above), desk and fan

Linen: All beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels.

There is off street parking in the driveway plus a secure double lock up garage with internal access to store your bikes, scooters, boating or surf gear. The rear yard is fully enclosed, landscaped with mature tropical plants, concreted and grassed areas of the back yard is perfect for the children and pets to run around, and play safely.

Other inclusions provided for your enjoyment is a full kitchen with walk in pantry, stocked well with quality pans and kitchenware for those who love to cook, quality appliances including a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, coffee machines with complimentary pods provided for your indulgence during your stay, a well stocked pantry with essential provisions, and bar stools set at the kitchen breakfast bench. Our owners really have thought of everything to complete a perfect and memorable stay.
The large laundry has a washing machine and dryer plus outdoor clothesline for your convenience during your stay.

Located close to the major shopping centre of Salamander Bay, within 10-15 minutes’ walk to the crystal-clear waters and pure white sands of Corlette swimming beach, park, bbq area and playground. You are within a 5-minute drive to the township of Nelson Bay and D albora marina, where there is a coastal vibe atmosphere offering lots of casual restaurants, gift shops, boutiques, surf shops and more for you to browse through. There’s lots to do; watch the sunset from the wharf, take a coastal walk or bike ride over the scenic Headlands between Corlette and Nelson Bay, go surfing at one of the local surf beaches; Fingal Bay Beach, Zenith and Box Beach which are all within a short drive of Muriel’s place front door. There’s a safe, off-road cycleway that leads to Nelson Bay with popular children’s playgrounds, ice creameries and for a longer ride, cycle safely all the way into Shoal Bay. This property truly offers a complete beach holiday getaway for the whole family, including the family dogs.

Conditions of Booking
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
Please note this is a pet-friendly property.
Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.
Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
There is a refundable bond of $1000, that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.

Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification Prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
