J'aime bien mon séjour dans citizenM, c'était agréable. Un peu loin de Roissy pole T3, mais l'expérience est quand même super.

When I arrived no one was at the reception, staff was sleeping may be, I was looking for help but no one help me , i waited about 15 mn before they Shaw up, it was bad experience as I was sick with fresh surgery, I couldn’t pick up my luggage from outside, just a nice driver helped me out, his name was Samir, thank to him,

I rarely post a review about things in general but this time I was so enthusiastic about this place that I felt it was fair enough to encourage this type of business practice: the client’s satisfaction! Very spacious, room very well designed with very convenient amenities (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, tons of closets, etc...). I loved the shower room separated from the master bedroom by some glass windows which allow to watch T.V while taking a shower. Very clean despite a dry used hand soap left out on the shower soap dispenser by another client. I was not going to be discouraged by this unfortunate minor incident. The receptionist was very pleasant. We really feel safe and comfortable. I just regretted that a more competitive price was not available in the past because I would have switched from other hotels chains of the area to this one. The parking fee of €10 is really reasonably priced. I will probably be loyal to this hotel going forward if their price remain competitive. Good work! Franck L.

Grand et confortable hôtel avec une réception chaleureuse et serviable. Chambre propre. Literie un peu raide. Petit déjeuner limité, et pas très confortable de manger avec du carton plastique et sans plateau ( covid oblige ). Dommage de devoir laisser les déchets dans le couloir, je pense que la clientèle peut comprendre qu'elle puisse le faire elle même par ce contexte sanitaire. Vigile un peu froid. Dans l'ensemble bon rapport qualité prix.

La chambre était correct pour un première classe. La salle de bain était très abîmer et l’évier fuyait énormément

this is our favorite hotel on Disney property. we always come here. the staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. breakfast is fine, even now with the current situation. the bar is (when open) also a nice place to spend some time after a day in the parks.

Chambre spacieuse, propre, avec WC séparés de la salle de bains. Offre de restauration au rez de chaussée pratique pour le repas du soir notamment en cette période sanitaire particulière.

ディズニーパークからも近く、ホテルもキレイで快適でした

Hôtel rénové récemment avec une thématique ‘Cars’ réussie et un personnel très avenant. Je recommande pour un séjour à Disneyland réussi. Le prix est honnête pour un hôtel Disney.
