"Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0.
The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page."
"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel.
However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure was very strong, but the leaking was inevitable too. This resulted in a very humid room with weak ventilation. And the toilet was kind of hard to flush. The room itself was reasonable. It was definitely comfortable. We were also surprised by the movie entertainment offered.
Breakfast was very nice too. We often got a window table with a sea view. "
"It was a very disappointing experience. There were many problems with the room. The sink seemed clogged and water couldn’t be drained smoothly. The fan could not turn around. The most unacceptable thing was that the rubbish bin was not emptied yet. There was still rubbish inside!
I reported the problems to the staff and he changed another room for me"
