Very frustrated. (1) The Inn could not located my hotels.com reservation. It seems to be some disconnect in the systems. (2) The room type "Holiday" I booked thru Hotels.com does not exist. (3) After 20 min of waiting and negotiating, they finally gave me a very last room available which was similar to what I booked. But the room is nowhere close to "323-sq-foot (30-sq-meter) room with garden views". (4) The bathroom has no partition for the shower area and the toilet. The bathroom (including the toilet and the floor) is all wet after shower. (5) The lighting in the room is very dim, (6) The TV program does not work (due to internet connection failed), (7) The in-room phone set is broken, I could not communicate with the front desk. Overall, it is bad experience.
