電掣和風筒上邊的硅膠部份全部老化
有如一般印度酒店，房間很大，床褥枕頭舒適，但是所有電掣和風筒上邊的硅膠部份全部老化，摸上去黏黏的。 早餐選擇不多，味道一般，主要都是人印式早餐。

Big hotel, good service but not for me
The hotel is very modern in design. We stayed in a residence area at 2nd floor. There was a Indian wedding in the night we stay, the tradition Indian wedding can be very loud, they drum and dancing for few hours non stop. I have a scheduled business conference call and I have to cancelled it as I just could not do it, so loud. And even worse, after the midnight, there were workers worked just below our window for another few hours, they shout loud too. We hardly able to sleep for whole night. Besides, it is a very big hotel, so many room and since we check in at hotel side and the restaurants also located at hotel side, there is NO room number sign board nor direction when you take the hotel lift. We lost three times when come down for dinner, breakfast and went back to the room. Breakfast also very crowded, they must have a good occupancy rate, but just too crowed and loud to me especially after lost my sleep last night. Hotel staff do have very good service and attitude, but I likely will not come back to this hotel again.

Hotel was lovely and areocity is near by. The service at breakfast was a little slow and the breakfast area is spread over the resultant. The bread station is a little walk from the egg station. Rooms are lovely, however our towels were a little dirty and the shower water was not hot. Only Luke warm which was very disappointing.

I loved my stay at this hotel and wish I’d have been staying longer than just a night. It’s in an excellent location, with convenient car service available for airport drop-off. This is a really thoughtfully curated hotel, with each room displaying a local unique piece of art, summarised within a book. The complimentary minibar selection was great and the breakfast selection was vast, with anything customisable to your liking. This was a great choice.

My husband, my sons and I stayed at the Andaz in one of their suites and we all really enjoyed our stay. Everything was lovely, our room was spacious enough for all of us and clean. The morning breakfast was amazing with so many options and the food all tasted great. My morning latte tasted better than any latte I have ever had in a cafe shop. I also enjoyed the fresh prepared juices they had to offer. The staff were all great and any requests we had made were all delivered. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back.
