- Hotel is conventiently located at downtown and easy to go major attraction - Hotel front desk is very helpful and kind enough to extend late checkout when I was stuck in bad traffic - hotel lobby’s is nice and decent — room is a bit messy and smell unpleasant. The washroom is dirty and hair and dust. — bad sheet smell not good and use for long times

Good hotel but staff not match its standard
Good hotel in the city with easy access to the city centre. The house is comfortable and clean, good for business visitors. BUT, hotel staff need to be well trained, at the check-in and check-out it seems to take the reception guy ages to do the simple work. Specially when do the check-out he totally forget to do my check-out while I stand at the counter for almost 1 hour. IT IS the SAME guy!

I always stay here and have done for the last eight years. The staff are very accommodating and understanding.. Rooharb on customer relations is amazing and nothing is impossible for her. Overall a very pleasant stay and value for money .. would be good if breakfast was included

This hotel is only good for locals. Rooms and bathrooms are not up to date. Everything is dirty. Staff is also unprofessional. Definitely recommend staying elsewhere

Comfortable stay and excellent customer service
We had a comfortable stay. Beds were great and hotel provided great customer service. Breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options, but was sometimes too busy. Would be nice to extend hours to allow guests to eat in a more relaxed manner. Some items in rooms need repair and would be great to add an exhaust fan in bathroom. Would stay there again.

After long journeys all over India it was a real treat to stay at such a brilliantly clean and comfortable hotel The hotel staff were amazing Our suite was outstanding with a fantastic view over the park Staff couldn't have done a better job Will book when in Delhi again

Very poor check in and check out experience. They were bewildered that I was checking out early. Check out staff clearly did not know how to check me out. The Duty manager watched me suffer from a safe distance without jumping in to help; till I physically went to him to ask for help. Needless to say I was getting late for my flight. Finally after much ado, they checked me out Also the plumbing system for the last 15 years has not been updated. You can get ice cold or scalding hot water in the middle of a shower!! Why not update?
