Dheli airport T3 Holiday inn express is a very bad hotel,we book on your hotel .com When we arrived at dheli airport on 2330 and go to transit area and call,one man say we cao not go up. And he very happy to cancelled my booking I'm never stay this hotel or any holiday inn hotel any more.

Staff was super nice and the hotel itself was nice for a 1-night airport stay. It was hard to find since you have to meet someone at a small pop up sign, and then you go through a ton of security check points to get to the actual hotel. The biggest downfall was not being able to leave the hotel once you've checked in, but it makes sense because of all of the security

Its a very comfortably furnished hotel. The bed was fabulous, as was the lovely hot shower. The restaurant was good, especially the breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpul. I stayed in room 110. Its next to reception and the lifts. Its VERY noisy. I could hear everyone checking in and out all night. Music playing, phones constantly ringing, lifts making that noise when the doors open. Vacuum cleaning the carpets, anyone, including staff having a nice chat right outside the door. Didnt sleep a wink. Its very expensive given the reason i booked the room was to have a good rest between flights. I left the hotel completely exhausted. Nice people, nice room, i would only ever stay there again if they could guarantee a quiet room

Check in process was bit pain due to security gate clearance procedures. It’s not avoidable but it took long time to check in to my room. Room was small and old amenity. This hotel is design for only transit passengers so I understand that there are not any luxury arrangement but price of $185 will not justify. I don’t think I’ll use it again.

Never book this hotel. period.
This hotel should not be booked at all by Hotels.com. First, it is located inside the airport. The security at the gate will not let any customer reach the hotel unless one is accompanied by the Hotel staff. The hotel staff does not pick up the phone. I stood for an hour outside the airport trying to reach the hotel staff. Once a customer enters the hotel, they cannot leave the hotel to go and have dinner. I could not receive my wife who was joining me on another flight. She also had the same experience trying to get into the hotel. The security made it like a visit to a jail instead of a hotel.

The staff & convenience were great and the food was good. The rooms are small and everything is painted black (including the hallways) so they felt smaller. The amount of black and the low ceilings gives the hotel a foreboding feeling. Make sure you call the day before so you can learn how to connect with the escort who is required to get you to the hotel.

Staff was very helpful, particularly at checking in. Nawab Shah was extremely helpful in efficient in the check in process and navigating through security and into the hotel, and helping me in my room. What a great way to start my trip in India

The hotel is very conveniently located inside the T3 premises with the staff available to receive the guests at the pick up point. They escort the guests to the hotel check-in counter taking care of all the security measures needed on the way. I was received at the gate by Mr Adnan who was very professional and efficient. He made sure the security processes on the way to the hotel are duly completed quickly so that I could avail maximum rest time in the room as my arrival flight had got delayed to late night for which my stay hours were very limited. As my departing flight was early morning for which I had to checkout before the breakfast start time, he also provided the option to package the breakfast which was much appreciated. I would recommend thw hotel for a hassle free rest time for transit passengers.

初見殺しのホテルですね。(笑)
一度使えば、次からは迷わずたどり着けそうです。 カウンターを探してたら見落とします。(笑) 私の時は電話のついたIHGの水色の立て看板の隣に、スタッフが1人パイプ椅子で座ってました。場所は国際線のX線検査から出て右に曲がり国内線の入り口を通り過ぎたあたりの右側でした。スタッフに連れられて空港のバックヤードを抜けてチェックインするので、けっこう面白かったです。あと、たぶん再入場できなくなると思うので駐車場方面に出てはだめです。 ホテルの国際側と国内側のどちらを予約するべきなのかは、他の方の口コミ通りで国際-国際の乗り継ぎ以外は国内側になります。（ホテルの受付で確認） 食事はメニューの金額の割には良かったです。部屋のカーテンを開けると国内線のチェックインカウンターを真下に見下ろせました。 Wi-Fiはメールが何とか受信できた程度で、ほぼ使い物にならなかったです。インドSIMの方も電波自体は拾ってましたが、常時ビジーな感じでデータ通信は使い物にならない感じでした。ちなみに夜中に繋げたら多少はマシでした。

It's a nice place to spend the night instead of being stuck at the airport terminal all night. Just make sure you pick the right one. We decided international since we were coming from out of the country, but that was incorrect since we had a final flight locally, so we had to wait a little while the staff changed things around

Conveniently located within the airport, rooms were clean, food was great, breakfast was awesome & the staff were very helpful especially Anand Chaudary & Akash. Anand went above and beyond not only to assist us in the hotel but helped us with our connecting flight issues & stayed with us until we checked in for our flight. He was very polite, well mannered and a perfect person to be in the service industry, thank you Anand for all your help.

Suhrithik was very helpful and friendly. Only thing is slow wifi & needs stronger blind curtains to block out the bright lights from courtyard. Also the corner room was next to housekeeping closet & got disturbed by workers so try & avoid that room assignment
