Nestled in the heart of Lynn Valley in North Vancouver, Hoskins House’s entire private top-level will have you walking distance to wood walks and canyon swims, the much sought-after suspension bridge and local restaurants and shopping. The house is ideally situated on a bus route shielded with a fenced in front yard and private, quiet space in the backyard with a deck for the perfect escape. Hoskins House is close to other North Vancouver attractions such as Lower Lonsdale and Grouse Mountain as well as a 20-minute drive to downtown Vancouver.

Hoskins House features a full kitchen, two queen beds and two twin pull-out cots to maximize your sleeping space. The space is also decorated in blues and inspired by the ocean to get you relaxing immediately. Pet and kid friendly. Two parking spots available right outside the property. Laundry available.

Relaxing girls weekend
The property is exactly as described - the hospitality of the host and ease of communication was super appreciated and made the stay very enjoyable! It was very close to shops and perfectly located to enjoy both nature as well as the Shipyards and Lower Lonsdale neighborhood. We had a wonderful weekend and will be back! I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a stay, both with family or friends for a weekend away.

Relaxing long weekend
We loved Hillary's house! It had everything that our family needed. The location was great, it was close to Lynn Suspension bridge, grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet. Our favorite parts were that we were welcomed by a Halloween decorations in the front yard, wine, chocolates, coffee and robes for lounging! We felt at home. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in this very nicely appointed home. We were .5 a mile from the beautiful Logan Canyon suspension bridge, great restaurants and a Waves coffee house. We recommend this VRBO if you’re looking for a chill local experience. Hillary was a great host.

One of the few properties I've stayed at that I can say was nicer than the photos. Host was excellent and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for our itinerary as we bounced between city and nature during our stay. The wifi was reliable and the access to streaming services on the TV was a nice bonus.

A Quiet Stopover
My husband and I spent 2 lovely evenings in Hilary's home. Everything was as listed on VRBO with the no surprises, we even had the resident bear show up at 3am to rattle the recycling bins hopefully! Hilary answered any questions I had promptly - would highly recommend her VRBO to friends and travelers. I took advantage of the little patio off the master bedroom, and read my book while enjoying song birds in the backyard. I also walked over to the Lynn Canyon suspension bridge and did a loop north along the river - about an hour for the round trip. Enjoyed some tasty snacks from the End of the Line store as my reward! :)

Great stay
