It features a living/dining room with a sofa bed (100 cm, length 230 cm), cable TV, and air conditioning, leading to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and steamer. There is also a separate WC (toilet) on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. One of the rooms has access to a balcony.
