ワイズマングランドホテルは、現在閉鎖中です。
ワイズマングランドホテルは、現在閉鎖されているので注意してください。5月13日から2泊の予定でHotels.com経由にて予約していたのですが(支払い済)、当日ホテルに行ったところ閉鎖されていました。警備員によると1ヶ月以上前からこの状態とのことでした。直ぐに近くのゴールデンチューリップホテルに駆け込み宿泊を確保しました。まだ旅行中のため、帰国後にHouels.comに対していったいどうなっているのか問い合わせ予定です。こんなことははじめてです。

think again
Hotel is dated and needs some attention! bedroom looks dirty and super dark! not enough lighting and the existing ones not working! air con impossible to change temperature. Asked for toilet paper twice and was given a used one with 1/4 of it. Gym equipments out of order, no water in the filter at fhe gym... tv quality is very bad! toilet lights also not working, shower drain seems to be blocked as water fills up and gets disgusting as it doesn’t drain. Bedroom window super filthy, impossible to get a view out of it. Staff friendly, which is the only good think about the hotel! Area around hotel is not pedestrian friendly.. overall wouldn’t stay again.... you get what you paid for!

Nice location, good room, but
The hotel has recently changed name and management. I had already paid Expedia for the room, but had all sorts of problems having that recognized by the staff. The location is excellent, not far from the souq and the Museum of Islamic Art. The room I had was spatious and clean. The water in the shower was at most lukewarm. The staff did nothing about it.

Väldigt slitet hotel. Ligger nära en moské som spelar böner under natten. Vårt rum var väldigt lyhört, hörde när grannen pratade i telefon och TV. Frukosten höll inte inte internationell standard. Trevlig personal.

アーリーチェックインに対応してもらい、ありがたかったです。しかし、シャワーからお湯が出ませんでした。不具合についてホテルに主張しましたが、ヒーターの小さな不具合が原因であり、20～30分で復旧するとの説明を受けました。しかし、改善することはなく、ほとんど水温が上がりませんでした。そのまま同じ部屋に2泊しました。スタッフは親切なのですが、設備面の問題がなければより良かったと思います。

Very helpful staff although requests took several reminders before being met. Poor hot water on lower floor rooms so request a higher floor.

Great hotel with friendly staff
All members of staff were very accommodating and helpful with both an early check in and a late checkout. The hotel is located a short walking distance away from both the corniche and Souq Waqif.

Nice Room but no access to facilities
Room was amazing with all comfort, clean and spacious. However I was really disappointed for not accessing pool, sauna, steam room, gym whenever I wanted. Single guys can only access it between 7pm to 9pm. You can even go during family time when it is mixed. What a disappointment when temperatures reach 40 degrees during the day!!! Jacuzzi was not even working when I tried!

hotel well located and great staff
The locations near the corniche, M of Islamic art and souks meant we could walk around even in August heat. A bargain!

コストパフォーマンス高し。
ハマド空港からもアクセスよく、イスラム美術館やスーク・ワキーフには暑くない時間帯なら苦も無く歩けるロケーション（夜も問題ないです）。部屋も機能的で癖がなく快適で、この値段でしたらCP素晴らしいと思います。 ただ、深夜到着でのレセプションは、伝言伝えてくれたりテキパキ対応してくれましたが、2日後の朝早いタクシーお願いしといたのを翌日確認したら予約入ってなかったので、確認は必要かも。 朝食はチョイスが多くボリューム満点ですが、メゼはちょっと塩気が強いのがあるので要注意かも。

Bon emplacement et rapport qualite/prix
Sejour de deux nuits pour affaire. Ancien palace gentillement sur le declin... Chambre tres spacieuse, service au top! La salle de bain et la salle de fitness meriteraient un petit raffraichissement mais pour le prix et l'emplacement, on ne peut pas trop se plaindre!

Disappointed
Not so impressed and will not recommended it again. Although the facility was ok but the service is well below par. Poor customer service was evident in many areas and management is not caring about client satisfaction. Certainly it is not a 5 star level. Breakfast and lunch was average. Shuttle service to airport was listed but does not exist. TV options very limited and not HD

Fantastic Valiue!
They let me check in 6 hours early which was so wonderful after a 12 hour flight from Japan. The staff are fantastic. Superb service and caring. The price was very cheap. For the quality unbelievable. Food is great, and wonderful value. Stay here - you will not regret it! Really struggling to find any negatives! Maybe the light switches are a bit confusing. But I had a beautiful, big room!

Avoid This Hotel Very Bad Service and Management!
I had an awful stay at this hotel. First night I asked for a cattle to make tea they brought me a very dirty disgusting old one. Then I called the reception they send another similar to it. The towels were too old and dry I had to call the manager to complain. It is very poorly managed!!!!!I am so surprised at other people's reviews that I read before I made my reservation. The next morning their staff was doing maintenance work early in the morning in the room next to me. Even though I told the manager I like a quite room. After 3 hours of calling they stopped the work! It is a very bad hotel and their service overall is definitely NOT even 2 Star! Avoid this hotel there are many nice hotels in Doha.
