「Spotlessly clean large comfortable. The area is grungy but that’s just downtown Pittsburgh in the cultural district. Never unsafe. 24hr security/doorman. Enjoyed staying here for a week long meeting at convention center. 」

「Great location in downtown Pittsburgh! The hotel staff is EXCELLENT - especially RYAN! We arrived early (Noon) knowing that check in was at 4pm. Ryan was so helpful and checked our luggage so we could start our tour bus fun! Around 1:30 pm, I received a text message from Ryan that our room was ready and he had our luggage delivered to our room so it was available upon our return from our ventures! He was so helpful and polite! Great customer service! Thank you!」
