落地燈沒有開關，只能打牆上的插頭拔掉才可以関，而插頭在較難接觸的地方，去拔掉插頭時容易令人受傷。 前枱的服務人員態度很差，問他要拿冰塊，她轉到一個沒人接聽的地方，等了很久沒有人接聽。

The room was clean and quiet. However, no air conditioner is built-in though an electrical fan was available inside the room. My stay was in early July and the weather was still cool at night.But I don't think it is still okay if only using a fan in mid-summer time.

Mostly good, bar one staff member.
I was staying during the Covid19 pandemic, so there were only about 10/15 guests out of 400 rooms. Physical condition and cleanliness of the hotel was fine, service from most staff was fine also,except for one night porter. I actually had an allergic reaction to some food I had bought out of the hotel. I rang a Gp and she advised me to immediately call an ambulance and go the front desk reception. On my way down I asked one of the night porters could he help me phone an ambulance as I was still on the phone to the Gp. This particular staff member looked at me with an expression of 'why should I bother', almost shrugging his shoulders indicating that its not in his job description. I'm fairly sure Engish wasn't his first language, and maybe the culture he grew up in may not put much value on helping others in such a situation, but in a well known 4 star hotel in Ireland, that's not acceptable to me. I got down to the front desk and asked another staff member to phone for an ambulance and he did so. Again, English was not his first language either, but he managed to call the ambulance. I mentioned to some other staff members about the difficulty I had with the first staff member I asked for help when I returned to the hotel from the hospital. They did say they would look into it.

Great hotel
Check in and check out very quick . All staff very polite. The hotel was very clean and public rest rooms. The breakfast has a good selection and was very good. Easy to get into the city on the bus which stops just across the road and right outside for the return journey

Room nice but tv ridiculously small. The bar very cold as too many doors open. We had to leave the bar area due to the through breeze. We left with breakfast as we weren’t happy with our stay.

Have stayed numerous times and the rooms were spacious. This time the room was dated and cramped. Disappointed in this regard. The hotel may consider a customer loyalty record as other hotels we have used in this regard. Tried to use room card in the bar for a drink n felt like a security risk with phone calls to reception. Did not like this at all.

I stay here regularly. Lovely hotel in great location in the heart of Ballsbridge. It’s very convenient for city centre , about 20 min walk to Grafton St . Plenty of buses and taxis too . The Staff here are so friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to ensure your stay is very pleasant . Highly recommend.

The location was great - easy walk into town (20mins) and nearby sports grounds and bars/restaurants. The hotel is in need of some modernisation. No USB plugs available in the rooms. Room amenities are Ok, with tea and coffee but otherwise poor show as no safe, no fridge and no shower caps. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating.

Disappointing Stay
I have stayed here before with no complaints, the staff are lovely and the food is good. However my stay this time was disappointing. I'm not sure if the room assigned to me hadn't been occupied in a while as there were cob webs hanging from the ceiling and the room was dusty. The curtains seemed too short, the light was getting in at the bottom. The bath was dirty with dust, you could clearly see it when you turned on the shower and the towels were old and washed out....not the standard I'd expect from a 4star hotel. Very disappointing.
