This property is a wonderful find. Beautiful gardens to lounge in. Stylish interiors. Steps to the beach. The best stocked kitchen I have found in Briland. Would stay here again all day long.

Family of four, four very good days at Harbour Island and Mainbrace. Mainbrace was a very good choice, just a few minutes walking distance from the magnificent pink sand beach.

My wife and I along with one other couple had the best time at Mainbrace! Location can’t be beat and Trish and her team were incredibly diligent and responsive to our every question and need. Would 100% stay here again in the future and highly recommend to anyone heading to Harbour Island!

My family and I had just the BEST stay at Mainbrace. All the comforts of home in a beautifully decorated, well designed space that’s clearly maintained with love. We went slightly off season and often had the stunning beach to ourselves. Being on the quieter end of the island was perfect for us and anything we needed was just a short golf cart ride away. Lovely owners and caretakers made this an easy and unforgettable stay!

Our stay at Mainbrace is a vacation our family will always remember! The home was beautiful, had everything we needed for our family of 5, and the proximity to the beach was amazing! Our kids loved the yard and hammock. Clint and Neka were very helpful, and Trish provided so much helpful information before we arrived on the island. This is our second time staying at Mainbrace and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island! The house was perfect for our small family and we love the chic island cottage vibe. It’s a beautifully decorated cottage that had everything we could need, Nespresso machine, beach towels and roadies, water toys, and more. Trish was so easy to work with and checked on us during our stay. We LOVE Mainbrace and only wish we could come more often!

We had an amazing experience at Mainbrace! We just spent the week there with our children and the house was perfect and so nicely decorated! So close to the beach and the yard was perfect for the kids to play in. The property owner and manager were both so accommodating and provided so many great recommendations. Everything was perfect. I’m sad it’s not available for our spring break next year as we would definitely rent it again!

We absolutely loved Mainbrace! It was so fabulous to be so close to the beach and to have the yard for the kids to roam and relax. The interior is thoughtfully laid out and exquisitely designed. The kitchen is really well appointed. We loved the shed full of beach gear as well. Trish was so easy to communicate with and lovely. We will be back!

Trish is a great hostess. The home is gorgeous and well-appointed with everything you will need for a beach vacation. The communication with her team was effortless when we had some snarls arriving to the island and they made sure we had what we needed to get the ground running once we finally arrived. Me and my family had a wonderful time at Mainbrace. It was perfect for our family of 6 (including a 3 and 1 year old). The owner, Trish, and property managers, Neka and Clint, were fast responding to any communication or requests made (in advance or onsite). Mainbrace was convienent to everything, especially the beach! The only thing we did not anticipate was losing power a few times during the week. It was never for long, but as the house doesn't have a generator we just need to plan for that in the future. We hope to be back soon!

My family and I travel to Harbour Island every year and we've finally found the perfect home that we'll always come back to. Trish has incredible taste and Mainbrace is impeccably designed, while still being extremely comfortable and inviting. The spacious living area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and huge front yard provided ample space for my husband and I, our two little boys, and my in-laws. Mainbrace is a 1 minute stroll to my favorite stretch of Pink Sands Beach which made beach days with the kids very easy. The house managers and Trish are both very responsive and even helped us stock the house with provisions prior to our arrival. We can't wait for our trip next year!

Mainbrace was everything I imagined. Steps from the beach. So close we did not need shoes! The tropical yard is large. When we were not at beach we played hide and seek among the banana trees. The house is beautifully decorated and the space very conducive for families. Daily housekeeping by Anastacia was a treat! Out family will definitely rebook Mainbrace for our next trip to Harbor Island.

We are so happy we chose Mainbrace for our Harbour Island family vacation! Every part of our stay, including the booking process was easy, enjoyable and we could not have asked for a better experience. Trish was so great to work with, responsive, helpful and her island recommendations came in handy many times, enabling us to make the most of our trip. Mainbrace has everything we needed, the property is stunning, beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable and perfectly located in a quiet area steps away from the spectacular pink sand beach that feels like a private beach. The housekeeping service was very much appreciated also (shout out to Clint for his kindness)! We would highly recommend Mainbrace to anyone booking a stay on Harbour Island and we can't wait to return stay there ourselves.

My family (3 adults, 3 kids ages 14,10 and 7) just returned from a glorious stay at Mainbrace, and are already dreaming of our return. The property is impeccable and well-equipped. It feels like a chic resort villa and a well-loved family residence all at the same time. Trish, Clint and Neka were kind and responsive to our needs during our stay. Clint saw us struggling to find a good coconut and dropped off three big juicy ones while we were out - so thoughtful! Pink Sand Beach is literally steps from the door and will take your breath away. To top it off, the beds at Mainbrace are divine! We all slept like babies. Be prepared for total relaxation in a fantastic location within the charming community of Harbour Island. Thank you, Mainbrace!

My Thanksgiving 2015 week stay at Mainbrace a newly renovated home on Harbour Island was flawless. Mainbrace has every new appliance imaginable including wifi, flat-screen tv, vonage long distance phone service, air-conditioning, Weber Gas Grill and high thread count bedding. Mainbrace is located on the southern part of the island in a quite section that is unknown to most tourists which is one of it's charms including being located right off the beach. I would highly recommend Mainbrace to anyone looking to rent a home on Harbour Island as it was one of the best accommodations in my 40+ years visiting the island. Steve Newman

What a wonderful vacation for our family of 5! (kids 18,16 & 12) The cottage is on a great lot in a great location. The beautiful beach is steps away over a little dune. I loved sitting on the front porch with my Nespresso coffee (nice Trish touch) listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze every morning. What a way to start the day! Trish has done a fabulous job stocking the place, and Tremmie is wonderful!!! Very friendly, helpful, and was in and out quickly... I really wanted to take her home with me! The ONLY reason I’m not giving a 5 Star review, is that I wished there was a generator. The power went out daily on the island... anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. My husband says that’s part of the island allure, so maybe I’m being high maintenance, but I was a little envious of the generators running at neighboring homes. It really wasn’t a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, Mainbrace was perfect! We rented a golf cart from Michael’s Cycles, who had it waiting on us when we got there, and easily navigated the beautiful island. We found the dining on Harbour Island to be delicious! Aquapazza, The Rock House (fine dining),Sip Sip, and Bahamas Coffee Roaster were some of our favorites. We went on a snorkeling excursion through Valentine’s Dive Shop that was a lot of fun. Anita and George sent us home with some great photos at no additional charge...with which I was pleasantly surprised. I feel like we’ve always had to pay extra for the photo package on other island excursions. Lots of relaxed family time and great memories! We loved Harbour Island and Mainbrace in particular! Can’t wait to go visit again! Thanks Trish and Tremmie!
