房間無空調，僅提供一具小型的電風扇，讓人感到很瞎。 窗戶下半部是封實的，看不到外面景觀，上半部只能上拉10公分，且沒法固定。

Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious. Check-in and out was fast and easy. And finally, the hotel fare was very reasonable. We brought our own beer; they even gave us beer glasses, lemons and ice free of charge upon request which I quite pleasing. Improvement needed: The beds were not very comfortable. One of them was slightly tilting to one side, but was straight enough to sleep on.

Room was freezing on arrival - temperature had fallen in Scotland dramatically but no heat had been on in room or particularily bathroom ( towel rail not even on!) apart from that all was great

A nice experience...
We stayed at the Grosvenor Hotel, Edinburgh for 2 nights. The hotel was very welcoming and a very modern reception and foyer area. The room was adequate, slightly outdated and could do with a refurb. Tiles on the bathroom floor wobbled and grout between them was coming up slightly. Overall a very nice hotel with modern features, rooms were adequate and breakfast was great with varied choice.

The room we were given, 115, unfortunately was right next to the air conditioning plant which kicked in at 6 a.m. and it was fairly noisy.

Great in-town hotel near the station.
Very good in town hotel with good facilities and an excellent breakfast. Great location - near Haymarket station, but also has parking outside (free 18:30-08:00). Room very comfortable with good facilities. Can be slightly noisy at night if you're a light sleeper as you're in the middle of town. Generally clean and good fixtures and fittings. Decent tea provided in room also. Good for local amenities etc. Overall a Very good place.

Room was pretty cold even with the heating turned up full and the bed was uncomfortable but everything else was good.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Very spacious and clean room. They take dogs, which is wonderful because Edinburgh has so many outdoor attractions on offer that can be explored with dogs. The whole family (two- & four-legged members alike) loved staying at the Grosvenor and would therefore gladly recommend it to all.

great value, good hotel.
The hotel has a nice feel about it and great staff in reception and behind the bar. 1.3 miles from the city centre and that worked fantastic with us as nice walk in the morning, tram or trains available. I booked drinks package paid £10 and got extra £10. free. Hamish behind the bar did 2 great cocktails. I didn't eat in the restaurant so cant comment. The hotel is externally and reception bar areas very nice. the room we stayed in on the first floor could do with a refurb, but it was clean and tidy and would definitely come back agian.

Excellent location. Princes Street easily accessible. We chose bus system which was great. Visit The Scottish National Museum, Chambers Street. It’s terrific. You can also meet Greyfriars Bobby!

Tired room
Room was very tired, bathroom incredibly so. The room itself was very cold. Even with the oil filled radiator and wall panel heater on. No modern in room charger points either . Def needs upgrading and sorting out.

First impressions are a nice hotel, fresh and welcoming. Once you get the keys to your rooms you find that the interior is dated and requires attention. Various areas where water leaks have been present and water marks still remain leaving the interior requiring attention. The room we had was small and not on the same league as other hotels of similar stance Staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful throughout which is nice

Room for improvement
Originally allocated a twin room with beds pushed together, frayed and dangerous carpet. Requested a change as had booked a double. No quibble change, new room was clean & comfortable. Bar service was extremely poor, even allowing for the high number of patrons due to rugby games. Check in/out and leaving luggage efficient and friendly.

Ok hotel well situated 15 mins from castle
It was ok apart from being placed in an occupied room at first. This negates their Covid statements and security. As for the hotel it was well situated for the city although the car park is a long haul if you have cases. Staff were friendly and room was a good size albeit a little dated. Would stay again, but mainly for the location near family.

Will not stay again.
Very dated, small room, uncomfortable bed. Water stains on roof, broken boards in floor, and spider webs in bathroom. Very disappointing considering how much I paid to stay here.
