Carpet in rooms are dirty and tattered. Pet odor is very strong, Toilet ran all night. Sink drain was broken. Would NOT recommend booking a room here. Highly over priced.

Room needed repairs - mold in bathroom, rotted trim tub. Mtnce should do a better job! Had to call cops due to a suspicious man in lobby and desk clerk was literally telling him her life story. You would think a bit of training would go into a night hotel clerk. Don't be dumb!!! O he was not from around there & cops knew him... La Quinta>> Train your people better to be aware!!

This is our third stay at this LaQuinta in a month, the first 2 rooms were neat and clean, and everything functioned. This last room was ok, my primary complaint is that the bathroom shower rod was loose, and the shower curtain would not stay in place, it kept shimming back to the center of the rod. The shower head was horrible, it sprayed everywhere but, in the tub, so there is water all over the bathroom floor. There is no reason for this if the room was checked after check out and the rod was repaired. Staff had a larger clean up than necessary because of it. Lastly, the breakfast this time was lacking in general. I will be rethinking staying here again.

Pictures for this hotel do not accurately reflect what the room looks like. Clearly have added a few splashes of paint and said they made “updates.” The floors were nasty. Carpet was ripped. Walls had chunks of paint missing. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Most of the outlets didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. The people in the room above us were up running around all night. People were screaming in the hallways.

Dirty, ill from food.
Room was warm and could not get air conditioning to work. Shower had black spots throughout, and breakfast is a no go unless you like warm milk, cold runny eggs and questionable condensation inside the service fridge. Says the hotel is no smoking but there is a distinct odor to the facility. Also, hope you don’t want to swim as it looks like the pool hasn’t seen water in years.

No Frill
Our room was dusty and there were multiple cobwebs. The air conditioning wouldn’t run, but really couldn’t switch rooms because we needed the three beds. Pool hasn’t seen water in what looks like years. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but smells horribly of cigarettes. Had to wait for someone to come to desk for checkin and nobody was present at checkout. Breakfast was definitely a basic continental breakfast, however avoid the beverages as they are not cold which can be concerning with dairy.

We were never told that the pool hasn't been fixed in two years, till we checked in. But you are only hotel that has three queen size beds available.

The hotel needs an upgrade badly. The pool is out of service and per the staff has been for some time. The room was dirty, we found trash in the corner by the pull out couch. The mattress on the pull out was stained. Carpets were dirty. I rated it 2 star because the staff was good and the beds were decently comfortable.

I want to say first off when i checked in i had to stand for 10 minutes before anyone came out i heard then and yelled hello before anyone came out to check me in . Second the hallway had and odor in it and the pool was close by the Health department i would have like to know all of this before i check in . Then when i get to my room are door was mess up and the remote to the tv didnt work and the phone didn't work either when i call down the desk lady act like she could not understand what i was saying . I will not stay at this one again .

I booked this hotel in advance. We check in at 1130pm. The front desk lady gives us our keys, we go upstairs to find the room is already occupied. We have to go down to get a new room. The pull out bed had no sheets/bedding in the room, I called down to get some and noone would answer the phone. Day 2- our keys will not work for our room and at 8am the housekeeping staff was literally banging on our door to see if we wanted towels.. we didnt ask for anything. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy for 3 solid mornings and there were bugs on the pastries. The room had cracking walls and the tile was gross. Oh yea, and they didnt even bother to mention that the pool was closed, the main reason I even booked this hotel! Extremely disappointed and will never be staying there again!!
