New Inn Stay
We were not in the hotel. We’were put into a self catering house at the rear of the hotel which we were not expecting. However it was clean and tidy just not in the hotel.

A lovely stay, food in dining room was excellent. Breakfast was very good though on Sunday when they brought out breakfast it was a bit cold, said we had ordered it. ( we had ordered Saturday but told we didn’t need to order in advance at weekends so hadn’t ordered Sundays Sleep was ok Thursday, Friday but Saturday I never slept until 2am due to being above the bar, and people outside waiting for transport after pub had closed.

I liked everything about the Hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, easy parking and the breakfast was superb. I was very pleasantly surprised as I didn’t expect such quality in a small town. Highly recommended and will be happy to stay there when next in the area. My thanks to the staff. Peter.

You won’t be disappointed
Stayed several times over the years Staff excellent, very pleasant atmosphere and great breakfast. If you like an evening meal definitely worth a visit to the restaurant.

Hotel was first class, small disturbance at the Barr and the manager was on it like a flash and was sorted before anyone new, great staff all round a will definitely be back.

Great place to stay in a nice small town
Lovely small hotel, good restaurant and bar. It can be a bit loud on Saturdays as they have live music in the bar so my room was above it therefore was loud till they finished.

Stay at New Inn Ellon
Cannot fault the Hotel. A very comfortable room. All staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts and dinner we had there were excellent A very high standard of cooking and presentation of food, and a good all-round team that clearly works well together. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived late in the evening and departed very early the following day. Despite breakfast not starting until 8.30am on a Sunday (odd) the staff on duty were courteous, helpful and made sure we didn’t leave on an empty stomach

We had a family occasion with 18 people having dinner in the hotel. Many of them stayed and some were local. Staff were fantastic. Meal was excellent and the attention to detail was outstanding.
