Enjoy this hotel
The receptionist is friendly. All are good except walking to nearest metro station Vittorio Emanuele takes 15 min. Walking from Roma Termini takes 20 min.

Pipe is broken
Room is clean, but the location is noisy. The worst thing is the pipe is broken, our room is all wet after shower. We called the counter, they just say there's no other available room. Until next day, they said they could offer us another room, but that was our last day in rome.

空調不是很好，房間很悶，打開窗戶又很吵，住起來不是很舒適，不過還蠻乾淨的，到Termini的公車或電車也很多。早餐很簡便，不過前三晚的服務人員泡的咖啡很好喝，房間也整理得很乾淨。

Esperienza positiva
Camera spaziosa, moderna e soprattutto pulita. Non ho provato la colazione solo perchè celiaca, ma i nostri amici ne hanno dato un giudizio discreto. Posizione comoda. Il parcheggio con cui sono convenzionati è davvero a due passi. Unico appunto, per il parcheggio, nonostante avessimo avvisato che saremmo partiti di domenica, non ci hanno detto che avrebbero chiuso facendo solo mezza giornata.

IL MIO HOTEL PREFERITO
Questo hotel a conduzione familiare è sempre una delle scelte migliori per me che vengo spesso a Roma per lavoro e non solo. La gestione è impeccabile, i due giovani fratelli che gestiscono la struttura sono sempre straordinariamente cortesi e disponibili, mai avuto un problema in tanti anni che frequento questo hotel Le camere sono ampie e silenziose, la colazione è sempre abbondante e di alta qualità, soprattutto per quanto riguarda brioches, cornetti e pane, sempre freschi e mai imbustati. E' una seconda casa per chi, come me, deve anche sfruttare la camera per lavorare in tranquillità. Ottimo Wi Fi e pulizie perfette. A pochi minuti dalla Stazione Termini, con un comodo tram ma anche bus, e anche bel collegata con San Giovanni e altre aeree a sud del centro. Il mio hotel preferito, in assoluto.

Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, que cobra 6€ de taxa turística, ficou muito aquém... Fraco isolamento térmico e sonoro dos quartos. Pequeno almoço demasiado simples para 4*. 3/4 do staff foi simpático e prestável.

Staff was welcoming, the rooms itself was very clean and smelt of bleach which for me is pleasant. The beds, 2 singles put together, very hard and dipped in the middle so you was always laying in a dip which caused havoc on my back. The noise! Hope you are a heavy sleeper, you may well of slept with the windows open. Too noisy for me and having stayed in Rome before on several occasions by the Vatican and Spain’s, we found this property a little too far to walk everywhere, upon check out we was informed we had to pay city tax and resort fees, which wasn’t explained upon check in and then wanted it in cash only. Beautiful views on the roof terrace. But we wouldn’t stay here again.

We liked it since it was our Roman adventure. Our room was right by about 10 different transportation lines and the different sounds of various transports were loud, but added a unique flavor to our stay. Loved the trolley whistles. While this property wasn't for everyone, we will remember it always. The only thing I disliked was the smell upon entering the room. The staff offered to change our room, but I didn't think any of the other rooms would smell better, and we were pretty settled in our room. Be aware that they charge you a per day "resort fee" (they didn't call it that) that you have to pay in cash at the end of your stay. Yolanda who checked us in was such a delight, really made our stay although we never saw her after the first couple of days. The others were not as friendly.

Dear guest thank you for your review. Only to clarify the "resort fee" : All hotels, vacation rentals, B&B, are technically required to collect a hotel tax in Rome. This tax is often requested to be paid in cash because it is turned over to the authorities rather than going to the business itself. The tourist tax is not a scam, but you are absolutely entitled to an official receipt. Feel free to request one. The amount you pay for the tourist tax in Rome depends on the type of hotel you are staying at. The price goes up based on the number of stars that your hotel has. Best Regards Hotel Latinum

Clean and Friendly
Stayed here for overnight before I got on a ferry to the Greek Isles. Short walk from bus line drop off coming from airport. $6 cab ride to ferries that was less than 5 min. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant that was absolutely delicious. Rooms were basic but clean and adequate for my needs.

Cozy hotel close to Termini with friendly staff
Visiting Rome for couple of days and seeing the sights. Latinum was really comfortable and cozy hotel in Rome with a bus stop right outside and a tram just across the street to help getting around. The staff was super nice and accommodating, breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Litet och familjärt
Gångavstånd till Termini. Litet hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet är stort och rymligt dock väldigt lyhört utifrån gatan. Ta med öronproppar så ni kan sova. En av sängarna behöver bytas ut då den var totalt nedsjunken innan man ens la sig i den. Vi bodde i rum 12. Nära till kommunikationer (spårvagn och buss), tunnelbanan låg på ca 10 minuters promenad bort. Frukosten som ingick är helt i Italiensk standard, inget att klaga på. Missa inte takterrassen som var mysig efter en hel dags promenad. Man får ta med eget att äta och dricka dit upp.
