Boasting beautiful views over the Evans River from two separate balconies 24 Sunderland St is great for your next holiday. Split over 3 levels with internal stairs for access to all rooms, the home is equipped with all the holiday essentials. Featuring two living areas there is room for kids to watch a movie upstairs and parents to relax and unwind on the balcony on the lower level. The gas BBQ is located on the veranda so you can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the river views.

Fantastic slice of Paradise.

Stayed 2 nights in this beautiful home, with 4 private spacious bedrooms it was perfect for the 4 mature age couples that went away for some fun and sun. With 2 living areas, 3 tv’s, a large kitchen and 2 beautiful balconies, there was plenty of room for everyone. With the price shared between the four couples it was very reasonable for the quality of house to share.

This property is in need of TLC and a good clean. Lacked in basic essentials such a cleaning equipment and products, no blow dryer, no clothes dryer, no washing basket, etc. The spa advertised in the description doesn't work.

Quirky house . Lots of unusual furniture and bits and bobs . Would have been nice to have linen included though and wifi . Also no dishwash liquid or a roll of loo even was disappointing. Few things very outdated . But was lovely and quite and relaxing
