Lake house in a perfect location on Wheeler lake in Rogersville, Al. 4 bedroom, 3 bath large living areas, and exterior wood decks to hangout and relax. There is a charcoal grill and smoker on site. Also a 2 boat slip boathouse, nestled inside Thornton slew. One mile from the house is a free public boat ramp. This place has world class Bass fishing, and Cat fishing. Wheeler Lake is an amazing lake for recreation. With Joe Wheeler and Lucy’s Barge and marina a short boat ride away. Rogersville is a great location a short drive between Florence and Huntsville, Al. This lake house is Newley remodeled. All new furniture and mattresses. There are two kayaks on site also.

bed were all terrible, doors have a quarter inch gap arround them allows the cold air in. on the water like advertised but to cold to take advantage of.

What a beautiful view to wake up to😊
Our family Christmas vacation, was absolutely amazing. The house is very spacious, very comfortable and sits on a beautiful canal that flows into the Tennessee River. So very peaceful. The rooms were all nice sized, and one of them has a big balcony that overlooks the canal as well. Not to mention the huge back porch. There are four bedrooms with queen size beds and a TV in all of them, also bunkbeds in the family room, which is pretty big, and a ping-pong table as well. But of course, having three bathrooms was definitely a plus. There’s a laundry room, and big kitchen. It was also very nice to see that they had set up a Christmas tree for us. All in all, I’d say it was a very, very pleasant stay. I would recommend for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very roomy and the layout was great. Good location not far from restaurants. Had a boat slip for our boat and a nice back porch!

Family trip
Lots of space and sleeping room! Fishermans delight. Walk in ankle deep great for the kids and dogs! Beautiful spot on the water and great views. No walk down and ling hauls up, just walk out the door. We absolutely loved this place and will be back!

General clean up
The property was very appealing, the only problem was the mess left by previous renters. I paid a clean up fee for my stay and did not expect to have dirty dishes in the dishwasher and 2 full trash cans of stinky trash to smell until trash pick up on Tuesday. Also had to sweep porch and pick up trash there.
