Fabulous home—loved the lake views!

House was gorgeous, well appointed, and super comfortable! Great location, short walk to beach, and has fantastic outdoor spaces (we especially loved the large porches on each floor overlooking the lake). Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful home

Our family had a wonderful time at this property in Grayton Beach! The house s is beautiful and great for a large group. We loved the location, close to beach with a view of the lake and pool. You can ride bikes to Seaside and walk or paddle board to the beach! Loved it!

We shared this house with another family- we could have had a third family and still had space for everyone. The gated community is great and still close to the beach.

Wonderful home for family vacation!

We came to town for a family wedding and stayed at the property. It was beautiful and exactly as described. Perfect location for all of our activities. The bikes were a bonus and put to good use. Easy access to restaurants and the beach. We all loved it!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The beach is an easy 2 1/2 block shaded walk away, and there’s tons to do here. We loved the community pool and dock right out front, as well as the beautiful view of Western lake. We were able to put our paddle boards in at the dock and easily paddle right out to the ocean. The house itself is immaculate and perfect for a large group. We had no complaints.

Loved our time at "More Grayter"! The house is beautiful, spacious, so well decorated and the views and access to Western Lake are awesome. We loved kayaking and paddle boarding all the way to and into the ocean! The folks at Dune Vacation Rentals were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Wedding Weekend in Grayton Beach

WE FELL IN LOVE with this property! The location has a view that is so serene that this particular part of our stay was beyond words! Just beautiful backwater views with reeds swaying in the breeze along the waterline, and the dock was a quiet place to sit. The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated with a comfortable but upscale interior. Five bedrooms! All wonderfully comfortable and appointed with tranquil beach themes -- quiet colors, subtle touches. Everyone in my family chose a "favorite rug." The high ceilings with all the molding around the oversized windows was gorgeous, and I personally liked the shade of the white walls. This house is 3 stories -- therefore, our first introduction to the Grayton wedding adventure started with oohing and gooing up the beautiful stairways until we reached the tip top, which boasted an extra den and bunk beds for 4!!!!! Underneath the house in the screened lanai, we played ping pong until we all got tired! We cooked in the nicely appointed kitchen while keeping an eye on that fabulous view out front! Liked the floor coverings and varying shades of the wooden floors, liked the fresh, crisp look of the downstairs, then loved to sleep in the comfy beds. It was a weekend that I will never forget because of the wedding of my son, of course. The beach is TOO BEAUTIFUL!!!!! But this house fully added to our sense of being treated special at a special time. I would and will come back to 12 Garfield again and again. Vickie Vedder
