Good Fort Worth property

My family & friends (8 total) stayed here for 4 nights. It was very comfortable & great value. Neighborhood was quiet & location was close enough to places of interest.

loved Fort Worth

It was a great location. You could get anywhere in less than 30 minutes from horeback riding, botanical gardens, Stockyard and rodeo,etc. The owner waa very nice and helped us with the internet andctv hook up. Hot shower, strong wster force, and comfortable bed. Very quiet location

Quick Trip

Took my grandson and a friend for a bowling tournament. House had easy access to bowling alley as well as restaurants. It was extremely clean and well stocked.

Just like home!

When i arrived, i received a HAND WRITTEN note regarding my stay. It made me feel so welcomed. This place is definitely kid friendly... not too many breakables. Price was on point!

2 out of 3 ain't bad

The bed in the main bedroom with it's own bathroom was bad. Had to climb onto it. It was lumpy and squeaky. The TV also didn't work and the shower had terrible pressure. The shower in the hall bathroom had a lot of pressure. As far as I know the other 2 beds were okay, I heard no complaints. Everything else was okay for our weekend stay.

Most of the house was pretty clean. Just the showers had hair all in them. Most upsetting was they wanted you to throw all you toilet paper in the trash. If I would have knew ahead of time I wouldn't have booked here.

Unfortunately the home was not clean and you couldnt walk around without shoes, we had to rewash towels and dishes. I called Connie and there was no response. The wifi didnt work and the much needed air mattress wasnt there!!! Was there because my mother in law had open heart surgery and is not doing well...so overall not good. Bonnie

Comfortable and easy access

This location was great for visiting our TCU student. Close to food, movie theater and shopping. House was clean and comfortable and property manager was available if we needed anything. Kitchen was well supplied and there were plenty of towels and linens. Washer and dryer also available. We were able to take our pet dachshund and the home was well suited for her as well. We would stay here again.

Nice place!

Connie was communicative and house was clean with the most comfy couch I’ve ever sat it! It was a little confusing at check in with the information that Evolve (management company, I guess?) gave us, but Connie cleared things up quickly. Great experience overall!
