The village of Fuveau is located in the heart of Provence.
At 10 minutes, Aix en Provence, spa town since antiquity, has an important cultural heritage.
At 10 minutes, the Montagne Sainte Victoire, dear to Cézanne welcomes many hikers, climbers and nature lovers, it is a major element of the landscape of Aix.
At 35mn, Marseille, bordered by the Mediterranean, surrounded by the massif of Estaque and the Étoile massif to the north, Garlaban to the east, the massif of Saint-Cyr and Mount Puget, to the southeast and the Marseilleveyre massif in the south
The Calanques Park of Cassis is 30 minutes.

This geographical location is perfect for visiting Provence, the Gorges du Verdon, the Var coast, the Côte d'Azur, Lubéron and Camargue.

The villa, completely renovated in 2016, on one level, is comfortable and air conditioned.
A large living room, bright 70 m2, extended by a covered terrace of 35 m2 overlooking a green garden conducive to relaxation.
The kitchen is very friendly with upscale amenities.

You can lounge by the heated pool, equipped with a hot tub and secured by an electric shutter. (l 4. 30 x L 9. 40 x h 1.5)
Attached, a pool house consisting of a summer kitchen equipped with a sink, fridge, hob, plancha ... As well as a shower room with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. As well as a large terrace with sun loungers, shade sail and umbrella.

With us you can relax to the sound of cicadas in the shade of a tree or if you fancy pampering vegetables from our garden and harvest to taste.
Maintenance of the pool and vegetable garden are provided by us.
A private parking and shaded where you can play petanque.
At your disposal a documentation for you to discover our beautiful region.
We also offer to collect your shopping (which you will have ordered at the drive before your arrival) and store them in the refrigerator. So no stress on your arrival.
We provide sheets, towels, bath mats, towels for the pool as well as tea towels, towels.

We are passionate about the decoration we love sharing, we want our holidaymakers to feel welcomed, even expected ... and enjoy their holidays.

We also appreciate being able to converse in intimacy with them to better know them and make us known to establish a warm relationship before welcoming them.

La location est conforme au descriptif. Tout y est pensé pour passer de belles journées de détente. Pour le bonheur des enfants des poules, des tortues et des poissons rouges. La maison est très bien aménagée, la literie de qualité et les extérieurs sont un vrai petit bonheur. Nous recommandons sans restriction.

Nous avons Passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle propriété confortable Et fonctionnelle La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût,le jardin,la cour sans oublier le potager, La piscine nous a permis de bien se détendre et de faire de belles longueurs. Nous étions 6 personnes (4 adultes et 2 ados) et nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Cathy et son mari sont très accueillant et réactifs. La maison est extrêmement bien décorée et spacieuse, les chambres très agréables et la literie est de très bonne qualité, Idéale pour bien se reposer ! La cuisine d’été est hyper fonctionnelle, nous avons adoré la plancha et la grande table conviviale. Le jardin et la piscine sont également merveilleux ! Cette villa est absolument parfaite pour passer de super vacances : très beau jardin, belle piscine, intérieur de la maison très spacieux, parfaitement aménagée et une décoration de folie. Il y a de plus un poulailler où les enfants peuvent aller ramasser les oeufs et pour des petits enfants de la ville c'est un enchantement. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très gentils.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. Jeremy and Cathy are the perfect hosts and made us feel welcome in their stunning villa. We had very high expectations given the photos but they were exceeded - the villa, pool, kitchen and rooms are all superb and just what we had hoped for. The outside cooking area has a large grill and so you may never want to leave! It is well situated between Aix en Provence and the coast. The countryside around the villa is beautiful and you are a short drive away from a number of vineyards. I would recommend any visitors either rent a car or bring their own as the buses are quite limited and you will end up paying a lot for taxis. We could not be happier with our week in the villa and would strongly recommend for those wishing to explore this beautiful part of France.

Lovely house and garden. Very comfortable and well equipped. The pool was super and the outdoor kitchen was great to use and also to dine outside. The hens and the tortoises were interesting and fun. The property was in a good location for the airport. The directions to find the property in English were hard to understand and were not translated very well.

We really enjoyed the week we stayed here. The weather was excellent, we very much enjoyed the nice pool, with outside kitchen. The house itself is very well equipped, and the airconditioning is a welcome feature. We will come back!!

Heel mooi, verzorgde, met kwalitatieve materialen afgewerkte en met liefde behandeld huis, tuin en zwembad. Het water is verwarmd en is steeds 30°C of meer. We voelden er ons direct thuis...een aanrader.

Maison impeccable, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et avec beaucoup de goût. Jardin parfaitement entretenu avec une belle piscine et de l'espace pour que les enfants puissent jouer en sécurité. Seul bémol pour ceux qui cherche le calme absolu,le bruit de la route nationale mais sinon location vivement recommandée avec des propriétaires accueillants et à l'écoute.

Si la maison est charmante, fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût, plusieurs aspects ont été très décevants : - la maison se trouve dans un secteur routier dense, ce qui occasionne un bruit de fond de circulation dans le jardin (maison bien insonorisé) - la piscine n'est pas chauffée en juillet et aout (27°c) trop froid pour nos enfants de 3 ans - le barbecue est en fait une plancha

Really lovely house, easy to find from the road and only 15 minutes from Aix. The house is well equipped with everything you need and perfect for kids - lots of outside toys and floats for the pool. We loved the different eating areas outside, the cooking area in and out were fantastic. Lots of shade too which is great for kids. Host was really nice. Overall a great stay :) We want to go back!
