General Appraisal of Hotel
Checkin was smooth. Frist sight i to the roomis fine n bright n tidy.The face towel had stains on it. The next morning I was not provided with face towels so was the second mofrning. I needed to chase for it. While the rest of my stay was fine. In general it is good at the price. The breakfast didn't had much choose. General service was fair.

室內面積大有驚喜～比起其他酒店房間濶大一倍有多～是套房來的～又有洗衣機及乾衣機功能～廚具微波爐咖啡機都有～前檯及客房服務一流熱情招待～出酒店很近去到两個不同的夜市～行十五分鐘可到大部份打咭景點好方便～極度推薦這酒店！

Good: We stayed for 3 nights. The welcome fruit cup in the refrigerator was impressive. The room was clean and facilities were quite new. Staffs were very nice and responded to our requests timely. One day after room making, my book gone missing. I reported to the front desk and they managed to retrieve it for me. The staff left a bottle of cleaning detergent in our room and we returned it to them also. Bad: The room service food quality was average, have rooms for improvement. The only thing I had to pick on this hotel was the massage service. The lady masseur I had was not up to standard, her skills were not worth for money and her long sharp nails were not for massage. I doubt her professionalism on massage. I chose aromatherapy massage, but I only got Johnson's baby oil to rub on my body- which was like a scam. The towel on massage bed was too rough and made my skin itchy.

Very good location, near 2 landmarks, 1st Avenue and skywalk. beds are big enough, just not very detail cleansing. I got a medicines fm last guest. I have a kids, luckily I discovered before they eat. Check in and out just 2 staffs to handle. But it's allow do the check out process during mid night and leave the room at morning., 2 guests before me, but take me 25 mins. I did the early check out process and reach the morning flight . Hotel tools are old, many glasses are cracked. I changed 4 times. And all the glasses I didn't use and I discovered they are cracked, May be is too thin of the glasses. Just wondering the staff not check before giving me
