Nice hotel
It's a nice a hotel. Guest room is cleanliness, service quality is nice, staffs are kindly and breakfast is good. However, you are easy to wake up by flying noise of aircraft in the midnight due to the noise proof is not good enough.

Staff lack of experience, I need a service from hotel to Zhongshan to visit customer, actually like to pay to hotel and get a good car and good driver, but they just call a taxi, driver did not know the road, and drive unsafe, also I need to pay cash to the driver, makes me feel uncomfortable.

A proper Holiday Inn as you would expect it to. The hotel itself is nice. It has a gym and a swimming pool (you have to buy a swimming cap in order to use). The area itself - not much to do, it's very far from the actual city, and from the airport too. So, basically, plan on staying just in the hotel and perhaps eat in one of the restaurants nearby, but that's about it. About 30-40 minutes from the airport. More from the city (we didn't go - too much logistics :( The staff is very nice, expesially Christine - she's absolutely amazing! Speaks perfect English and of a HUGE help. Kudos!

The Holiday Inn Airport Guangzhou is a hotel built on a grander scale than any Holiday Inn in the USA. Marble, marble everywhere. The rooms are adequate sized, very quiet and have everything you need in a hotel room. The multiple restaurants all serve good meals. The service personnel all try very hard and most speak English. The only negative I observed is that the place needs a deep cleaning in and out. We enjoyed our stay there and will return if we are in the area again.

The room that we were given was spacious. The linens were very clean and smells clean, too. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only thing that I did not like was that the staff cleared up our table during breakfast time when we are not yet even finished.

El hotel me gusto asi tambien como el servicio prestado por los funcionarios del hotel que fue excelente , el transporte que te lleva al aeropuerto para coger el metro me pareció también muy eficaz, lo recomiendo siempre y cuando se tenga en cuenta que esta algo retirado.

Almost perfect, the breakfast is good the lady doing omelette eggs is incredible nice and she have the perfect touch, food is good, it was very difficult to find a clean or available table, the restaurant needs more people cleaning and preparing the tables for next guest. Other than that this is a 5 star clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel.

Deeply disappointed. The shuttle didn’t run past certain hours so my parents had to take a taxi to the property past midnight. Then once they got to the room they realized that the room wasn’t even cleaned. It took them forever to have a different room. Just a terrible night, didn’t really rest Food was ok

Dear guest, Hotel located in the Guangzhou Baiyun Int’l Airport Zone. Minutes away from the airport. Hotel provide daily schedule free shuttle bus from / to the airport. We have 339 guestrooms, all with flat-screen television, satellite channels, work station with ergonomic seating and high-speed internet access.

This hotel is quite far from the airport. And if you have an early morning flight, then they do not have a shuttle bus available. Your only option is for the hotel to call you an over priced limo. There are no taxis or DiDi’s available early in the morning. In room safe did not work, and AC was broken. Also, the bathrooms don’t have shower doors, so when you take a shower the entire bathroom will be filled with water.

English is a big issue here, even with the staff Buffet Breakfast - Food for vegetarians is not upto the mark No porter to take luggage to our rooms I expected better service from a Holiday Inn... But it seems it's the same as any other Chinese Brand Hotel.

Prenotare camere all’ executive floor (pagando un 75/80 % in più della normale camera) per poter usufruire del Lounge dove poter fare colazione check-in e usufruire dell’haooy hour proposto e per ben due volte in 5 mesi (questo mi è accaduto ) sentirsi dire: “ci spiace ma la Lounge dell’esecutive è chiusa” IRRITA! Non vende più questa tipologia di camere se poi non offrite i servizi offerti!!!

Firstly, I had to wait for 1 and half hours for their so called Airport "Courtesy" bus. I arrived on a flight at about 10 pm and did not get to the hotel until midnight despite phone calls etc made by me beforehand. It is false and misleading that you promote on your website that this is an Airport hotel it is no where near the airport!

Everything is nice for a business stopover . Improvement in the front desk may be needed as we spent 30 mins queuing for checkout in the morning hour and saw only one staff serving over a dozen customers at that time , for both check-in and check-out.

Good condition,good service of stuff.The location is little far from airport,it takes about 30min.but shuttle bus only once a hour.if it can be increased to twice a hour.it will be more More convenient.
