"We stopped by Guangzhou for 2 days on our way into Chongqing. Decided to stay at the Sheraton Guangzhou.
I am in the hospitality industry and appreciate great service. The staff at the Sheraton was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable.
A couple of things that stood out to me was:
First: I mispalced my wallet, and was out having dinner with friends. Called the hotel and gave them permissions to enter my room to check if it was there. The manager went out of their way to ensure they found it. So i could enjoy my time out without having to make the trek back.
Second, We left the "Do not disturb" sign as we didnt need our room made up for only 2 day stay.
They called to make sure we were okay, and asked if we needed anything. We travel a lot! Like i mean a lot! Never ever have i had a hotel front desk team do this. The customer service level and the care is beyond the next level.
We highly recommended the Sheraton Guangzhou.
