服務不錯,但可再加強應變能力
Check in後發現房間充滿煙味,電告櫃檯後立即為我們換房間,效率很好。但次晨因強烈颱風影響早餐由頂樓改至一樓,許多客人並未接到通知,加上電梯三部有兩部故障,因此我們和許多人搭到頂樓區,卻一直等不到電梯下樓,到有電梯時,每層樓都許多人在苦等卻進不了電梯,此事顯示應變能力的缺失,只要每個房間打通電話就可排除的混亂,不應在這樣的大飯店發生。

房间很大,装修也很新。早餐不错。 服务一般性。大堂的服务人员英语很有限,让他们推荐一些吃饭的地方,讲不出什么东西。问他们在下龙湾值得去玩一些什么,也不知道。

このホテルに過去数回宿泊してます。ハロンに来たらこのホテルです。部屋の広さ、ロビーの広さ、海側の眺望がとてもいいです。今回は2泊しました。以前から較べると改装されて綺麗になっていました。あいにく1泊目の部屋はバスタブに十分水を張れない(底のキャップがしっかり閉まらない)、暖房が利きませんでした。気づいた時間が夜遅くなので、その晩は我慢。翌朝フロントに伝えて部屋を変えてもらいました。先にも書きましたが、お気に入りのホテルなので、部屋内のメンテナンスをもう少ししてほしいと思いました。

Bathroom amenities and water pressure were good. Double bed was two singles pushed together. Gardens were pleasant and the pool was inviting. Staff, for the most part, we're friendly. The buildings need a bit of tlc.

When we first arrived, we were very unsatisfied with the Villa room we had booked- it was in a run-down building next to the actual hotel. We were able to switch our room to a Sea-View room which was much better, but throughout our stay we had difficulties communicating with the hotel staff and front desk, who did not seem to speak English and understand a lot of the requests we had. Ordering room service was also a struggle because no one in the kitchen seemed to speak English either, and they frequently got our order wrong. We had multiple communication issues when changing rooms, ordering, and asking general questions to the staff. Overall we did not feel they had the intentions of catering to our needs throughout our stay.

Nice hotel
A nice hotel with all needs met, the room was kept brilliantly clean, breakfast was vast with variety. Two niggles, arrived at 1am and had no help with luggage so had to carry bags up a hill, villa sat at the top of a hill difficult with bags over all no help with luggage and some building works surrounding the hotel but besides that hotel is great

Excellent hotel . Staff ok but had a bad experience when we asked to extend for a night. A young man wearing glasses on reception told us it was full after seeing that a coach had pulled up outside ... so he was in a rush to get rid of us. We found this hard to believe as rooms were still on internet that were available. After an hour of panic we went back and were quite insistent that the hotel had rooms. Spoke to another lady who eventually said that rooms had suddenly become available ??? The chap looked very sheepish and apologised ??? I guess it doesn't change his pay packet if the hotel looses customers . But hotel in good situation . However I wished that we had just taken a night cruise from HANOI. As after seeing the beautiful Islands there was no where else locally to go as the beach and area for miles opposite the hotel is literally a massive building site and very noisy .

10 mins walk to shopping street
One of my friend used to stay here, but I forgot she came with travel group... We came in low season and booked a 'sea view' room. Room is at 7th of 12(or 13?) floor.(what are the rooms above?) No picturesque view to see but a huge spectacular construction at front (new shopping center). I understand there are some in-room maintenances have to be done before high season, but can you hotel please don't START AT 6:00 IN THE MORNING!!! (the time travel groups have got up for breakfast and left) Also the dinner at highest floor restaurant was terrible, the 20 USD steak worst than I has had 4USD street food in my hometown . No more words for another 20USD red wine.... When I looked at the travel group buses in park lot, hearing the hotel maintenance noisy, watching the workers in constructing shopping centre.... supposed to give my partner a big surprise (and the best memory to her) but now I only felt like a fool when her voice recalled in my mind "save the money from the place just for sleeping".....

Personnel super accueillant, on tout fait pour m aider alors que j avais perdue mon sac a dos, jusqu a aller contrôler les vidéos surveillance de ma sortie du taxi, ils ont appeler la compagnie de taxi pour savoir si le sac a dos était dans la voiture qui nous a amener a l hôtel, d une extrême gentillesse très rare au Vietnam. Hotel tres propre, petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet à volonté avec beaucoup de choix, un des rares de tout les hotels que j ai fait au vietnam ou on trouve en general que du pein de mie en tranche et tout le reste est asiatique

A éviter. Après mon premier commentaire sur l’état de saleté repoussante de la villa n°5, un ménage au jet à été fait ! Cet hôtel s’est spécialisé dans les groupes avec ce que cela implique. A noter : le restaurant du 14ème étage est du genre cantine avec des tables rondes de 8/10 personnes. Le restaurant du rdc est fermé... etc... etc... Dans la chambre, la bouilloire en métal a son bec verseur rouillé !, la clim n’est pas réglable etc... etc... j’ai été obligé de signalé que certaines chaines de télévision n’étaient pas accessible, un réparateur est venu changer le décodeur ! Tout est vieux, mal entretenu. Enfin ... pour arriver à l’hôtel ou atteindre votre chambre à partir de la réception, il faut avoir des mollets d’acier, 50 à 100 mètres d’une route entre 12 et 17% de pente... un vrai plaisir... (!?). Quant à la vue... ! Imprenable .... sur un chantier en construction... A EVITER - A FUIR Je tiens des photos à disposition qui illustrent mon propos.

Very cheerful & experience staff in the hotel. Not only at the reception. The 14th level restaurant & the housekeeping team are equally good. It's a good stay. To mention the reception staff Lucy/Huyen is very patience & experience, Groom her & she has the potiential. Kudos to the team.
