Das Hotel ist Top! Die Zimmer für heutige Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich groß! Lediglich der Preis von 42€ pro Person für das Frühstück ist doch deutlich zu viel - egal wie gut das Frühstück sein mag, aber es gibt zum Glück genug nette Alternativen in Fußweite.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen Hamburgs. Super sauer & freundliches Personal! Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die Hunde im Hotel und dass es scheinbar keine seperaten Zimmerkategorien mit Haustier gab - bei Teppichböden ist das nicht sehr hygienisch. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst top!

Super schönes Hotel im Herzen Hamburgs. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, es gab hervorragendes Frühstück und tolle Cocktails sowie sehr freundliches Personal. Einziges Mango war leider der Wellnessbereich. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und klein. Hier müsste definitiv renoviert werden. Was wir persönlich auch nicht so gut fanden, war, dass überall Hund im Hotel waren und es aber nur Teppich gab. Zudem wurden die Zimmer nicht mit Haustieren separiert, was hygienisch fragwürdig ist für Allergiker. An der Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers hat es aber nicht gemangelt.

Dejligt hotel med en super god service. Vi havde møder hele dagen, og servicen var helt i top. Værelserne er altid super gode og virkelig et dejligt hotel som er tæt på centrum og butikkerne.

Overall Great stay and very nice ambience - however the sauna/ spa/ pool area is a joke for 5star hotel - smells mouldy and looks like straight from 70s and never renovated.

This was my first time to Hamburg, and the Hotel Atlantic made it the pinnacle of my trip. The hotel location is perfect making it easy walking distance in the core downtown area and famous Christmas markets. The hotel is exceptionally well appointed, elegant and charming. The staff are extremely polite and professional and everyone that I interacted with speaks fluent English. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looing for an upscale hotel with a tremendous amount of elegance and history.

Spotless but bad night's sleep
The room and bathroom was spotless!!! Lighting in the bedroom was dreadful even though it was renovated 2 years ago. The bed appalling , no support at all. Worst night's sleep and therefore unable to function work wise the following day. Lobby is very nice, so is the bar. 42 euro for breakfast and food charges rather high. Staff pleasant and check in was smooth
