Good but not great
An ok hotel, but not great. I chose hotel specially for the gym. The gym had a few weights and one elliptical machine. The machine was broken, so the gym was not open. The staff did not know when or whether it would be open. Also, way off the beaten track. Far from old quarter. Only one of many "A-25Hotel" locations in Hanoi. Created some real problems when I engaged Uber to take me to "A-25 hotel." Took me to wrong one and driver insisted it was what I had ordered. Had to get another ride to correct hotel. Real pain. Meditation st to f staff did not speak English, so communication was difficult.

Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience when you stayed at A25 Hotel Bach Mai Guest satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make each and every guest feel comfortable while staying with us.  We have been improving the hotel equipment and the staff so that any guest staying at our hotel will have the best experience. The Gym had been renovated, and staff's English skills have been improved, so they can communicate with the foreigner guests fluently. Once again, thank you very much for your feedback.
