The hotel itself and the staff was wonderful! Anna and Merry were incredible! They provided excellent service. The outside of the hotel and the area was not the best . The location is not close to most attractions The hotel promise breakfast and it was not provided. Your staff and the hotel been super clean was amazing. Thank you!

Dont be fooled by the 2 hour rate, i thought i was booking for the night and it was a good rate considering my plane landed in hanoi at 1130pm and didnt check in till midnight. Far from the airport, so the taxi fare is quite high. Only to find out when i checked in i only booked for 2 hours. By this time it was 1230am and had to pay in total 550, 000 dong to sleep and check out by noon. Only hotel i have ever seen on expedia that lets you book for 2 hours. Terrible location, went fir a walk in the morning and nothing but busy traffic and smog, nothing interesting in tbe area

이용 후기 보고 선택했어요.. 무엇보다 제가 가고 싶은 식당 근처로 잡느라 그나마 쭝화지역에서 가까운 곳을 선택하게 되었죠~ 근데 위치가ㅠㅠ 내 핸폰이 위치를 잘 못 잡는 걸까요? 그랩에서 검색이 안되어서 참 애를 먹었습니다 그 옆에 럭셔리~ 호텔이 검색이 되어서 그렇게 찾아 갔죠 주변이 로컬시장이서 좋은 것도 있지만 어디 가기엔 예매한 위치였어요... 그것 말고는 참 아늑하고 좋았습니다 이틀 머물면서 조식을 못 먹은게 좀 아쉽네요~

Great for business travel
Best budget hotel for single business traveler. This was the second time to stay there. One day hot water didn't come. But overall very nice hotel. Big C and Vincom Mart are within walking distance, altought to cross the stree is a little hard. You can call grab bile.

Very friendly staff and good facility
I didn't think I would like the hotel, but when I actually got there and met staff, I started having second thoughts. This hotel is quite nice and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

관광지 호안끼엠이랑 30분떨어져있고, 미딩과는 가까워요. 처음엔 위치를 찾기힘들수도 있는데, 조식도 괜찮고 직원도 친절하고 객실도 깔끔합니다.

호텔은 깔끔 정리 잘되어 있고 조식도 입맛에 맛게 좋았구 서비스도 영어 조금 바디랭기지도 충분히 의사소통 가능 주변은 하노이 시 자체가 모두 개발 이어서 괜찮은 편입니다.

The best hotel for business trip in Ha Noi.
The Blue Hanoi Inn City Hotel where I have stayed is the one of the best hotels in Ha Noi for business trip. This is the fourth check ins so far. Here are the following reasons why I love to stay here. 1. Wonderful breakfast. What they serve is not ready made. They serve real hand-made foods. From appetizers to main dishes, the food begins to be cooked after they order at the table. 2. Newly remodeled interior The building looks old, but the room condition is best: Shower booth is a good quality, satisfactory amenity as well as wifi internet service. 3. Digital TV This is the strongest reason why I like this hotel. I have an account of "Netflix" I could watch movies and dramas that I had watched at home in Korea. 4. Drawbacks. Of course, there are some drawbacks for business trippers. -The hotel is located in Trung Hoa, a downtown in Ha Noi, but the address is not familiar to people, even to Uber drivers. -The hotel outside is not pleasant, though the hotel has the best facilities. Right next to the entrance, there are some street markets selling meats and fishes. It is not critically bad, but it is not pleasant. In Summary I strongly recommend the hotel for business trippers. -Best hotel service (direction service has been covered by the receptionists. I appreciate for their kindess) -Great hand made breakfast (Oriental food & Occidental food) -Convenient room condition.
