Surprise me, the rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a quiet good sleep. The location was also excellent with many attractive tourist places and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend you to try.

After a long and tired flight, we had a quite good sleep at Suite City View room. The next day, breakfast buffet at the hotel was amazing with variety choice of food including beef noodle and western food. Thanks to the hotel staff named Dieu Linh, who helped me choosing Ao Dai for my photoshoot at Trang An, Ninh Binh tour that day.

I was there with group of friends. We stay ad Grand Deluxe room which is large and tidy. The next day we wanted to see water puppet show, the receptionist help to show us the way and it was so close to the hotel that we could go by walk. So amazing!!!

It was a very nice experience we had at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful.They helped us book a very last minute private tour to Ninh Binh with pickup and drop off at hotel, they also kept our room when we did a one night cruise trip. I give this hotel full marks.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Someone always there to open the door and grab any bags. Restaurant staff sweet and ready to help in any way. Booked tour at reception and it was so easy. Room was comfy.

Staff were very helpful, keen to ensure we enjoyed Hanoi and had an enjoyable visit. They assisted with recommendations on places to visit, airport transfers and special treats. All staff from reception to restaurant, cleaning team to security had a positive impact on our experience. We were made to feel valued guests.

The location is really optimal: we visited the whole city within walking distance from the hotel but it was still quiet. Very close to the central lake with the red bridge; that whole area is closed to cars from Friday to Sunday which is super nice to wander around. Rooms are large, comfortable beds, good A/C. Great breakfast buffet including eggs prepared as you wish. Very friendly staff.

The hotel had been recommended to us by a fellow traveller for its outstanding customer service and we were not disappointed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice. A very convenient location near Hoan Kiem lake. The stand out was the welcome from staff from the porters to the receptionists to the servers and cleaner.

Location is walkable to few of major attractions. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast served was very good. I was charged 23 usd for airport pickup, which i feel was too much as compared to grab rates.

One of the friendliest and most accomodating hotel we stayed in! Linh was extremely helpful with everything! He helped with with everything from checking in, to services! Breakfast buffet had extensive options to accommodate everyone. Easy walking distance to attractions near Hoan Kiem Lake.

Excellent hotel, the location is great you get a quiet and safe area close from the old city center by walk. Staff was super friendly and thanks to Duoc. We had a private car to the airport for a competitive price.Also special thanks to Duc for keeping our luggage safe and being nice.Even gave us water and a facial mask for our travel!

The hotel is in a central location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel itself is very modern and new. The room was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and had a big bathroom with separate bath and a walk in shower. The staff were fantastic and most helpful. We arrived late at night and so hungry. However the reception staff asked us what food we wanted and ordered it in for us, which was very welcome. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The rooms were very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms both contained the walk-in showers. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Toiletries were provided. Tea and coffee facilities were provided in the rooms. The WIFI was good and the rooms were quiet. I had the full breakfast, which was reasonable without being marvellous & there was plenty of space in the room.

A lovely hotel in a great location close to the old town of Hanoi. The room was well appointed, though the only negative was the slightly unusual layout with a very large arm chair blocking my side of the bed. Our breakfast was included and was a mix of buffet and a la carte options.

We had a fantastic stay at hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were luxurious down to the last details. The location is great for being able to walk and explore the city while not feeling too busy - it felt like a welcome refuge from the bustle of Hanoi. Absolutely amazing hotel. The room was fantastic, breakfast was incredible and overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. Great location, the staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel has a very fresh looking vibe. I loved it the moment I entered the hotel. Ms Hoai at the front desk was so kind and helpful as were all of the staff! she took time when we first arrived to discuss recommended places to visit in Hanoi. Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel is a great place to stay. We would recommend this to visitors.
