Staff is friendly,and specially the intern Lucy did a well introduction to us, breakfast is penty and good. But if the budget is enough, book the room with city view to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, or you will feel the room is dark and air is not circulating. Spa services quality are aubject to each person, I feel great but others feel too light even we paid the very strong prices. But afterall it is a good bargain after 20-30% off the regular prices.

Moreover, we are terribly sorry to know that the room was not as you expected because there was no outside window. Kindly be noted that due to land layout, it is impossible for all rooms in our hotel to have an outside window. Still, to better ventilate the room, a corridor facing window was made and we have already noted that information on Expedia. Please make use of it. And to compensate for this disadvantage, the room without an outside window is priced lower than one with an outside window. If you insist on a room with an outside room, we have other options such as Executive room with City view, Family room, Connecting room, etc. for your booking. Once again, please accept our sincere apology for this inconvenience. We really hope to have another chance to welcome you back and accommodate you in a room with an outside window. Best regards. Very pleasant stay experience, chance to stay in H
The location is very good, located in the old town, many attractions can be reached on foot, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, convenient for eating and shopping. The staff at the counter was very friendly and professional. The room was decorated with plants. Fresh roses were placed on the bed. It was amazing. After leaving for Halong Bay, I checked in. The luggage was placed in the room. Very good service, delicious breakfast, content. The choice is varied and the staff is very kind and courteous. When leaving, the counter staff also helped determine the taxi and helped get the luggage on board.

Very pleasant stay experience

It is my first time to be in Hanoi. When I just arrived the hotel, the staff welcome so friendly and they gave some snacks and tea to us when we are waiting at the lobby. The staff have introduced some famous places and restaurants to us. After that, when we would like to go up to our room, they have already settled our luggage and opened the air conditioner for us. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is great too! And the staff are helpful. Everyday when we come back to hotel, the staff always say welcome back. I feel so warm to live in this hotel. The spa in the hotel was in high quality. So relax and the price is good. Just love the staff so much haha!! The also drives me to the post office too!

以此價位來說,算是很划算的選擇。房間雖小,尚算整潔,唯拖鞋為重複使用的,有味道,不建議使用。早餐的河粉是我在河內吃到最好吃的,咖啡也很好喝。飯店位在古街區,附近機能非常好,飯店富有spa,按完摩可直接回房間休息,十分便利!

Pro: - Super friendly and resourceful staff - Hotel room is very clean and quite new - Great location (Not messy and secure compared with those hotels located nearby the old town and night market) - Delicious breakfast Con: - There is a window which could see the corridor. Though installed with window blind, it still made me felt extremely insecure. (Installing thick curtain install would be a way better option) - Need to push real hard to lock the door - Much room for improvement regarding the spa service.

地點方便,大部分景點也能步行前往。在參加下龍灣兩日一夜的期間,行利寄存很方便。早餐款色多,味道美味,有很好的服務,記得我們回去的航機很早也特別為我們一早準備早餐。房間很清潔,每天打掃,連床單也每天都更換。職員笑容和態度都非常好,有機會再來河內一定再入住。

There is no bar or room service, spa is limited and layout is uncomfortable and message therapist need more training. They recommend horrible tour packages. The lobby is nicest stop in the whole hotel but not by much. Floors and restrooms are not cleaned in room upon arrival and they charge you extra if you dirty a towel. went during rain season and when I wiped mud off my leg I incurred a stain fee. Most staff members are extremely nice. Other upper staff are not

Room is spacious for our family of four. The breakfast is buffet and it is really good. Staff is great and willing to help. Had to do some laundry and it was returned the same day. Everything is walkable and convenient to all main attractions. Lots of great eats around the hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff was remarkable! Extremely friendly and helpful. I am Vietnamese but live in the US since I was 4. I had a blast practicing my Vietnamese with the staff and shop owners! Not great but everyone was patient and encouraging. What stood out was the kitchen made me a sandwich for my early morning flight out. They wanted to make sure I had something at the airport. What wonderful service!!

Good location in old town. Rooms without a window are an option that I didn't think I would like, but it was incredibly quiet and fine for two nights since I was rarely in the room. The pillowtop bed was comfortable - supportive yet enough cushion for the hips and shoulders. Staff were attentive and friendly. A good breakfast on the 9th floor with a view. A good value for the price and location.

Staff is nice and accommodating. Most of them don’t speak English but have a smile and willingness to help. The issue is the hotel facilities being worn out and in urgent need of updating: rooms, bathrooms and restaurant where the breakfast is served. Breakfast could improve a lot in variety and quality. Cleanliness is compromised because of the age of the facilities and furniture. I would not recommend this hotel as is.
