地理位置很中心，距离机场半个小时的距离，到处都是新咖啡的订票处，卫生条件可以，酒店服务很好，工作人员英语也讲的溜，早餐多样，也很好吃，酒店还有电梯，不担心行李太重。

酒店位于老城区，附近设施齐全，公交系统也在附近，价格优惠，还包括早餐，物超所值。

方便的地理位置，令人满意的服务
酒店虽小，但居然还有电梯。房间整洁舒适，因不在主干道上，晚上很安静，这在摩托喧闹的河内实在难得，很庆幸选择了这里。酒店的服务也很值得称道，我们因火车到得早，早6点之前就到了酒店，工作人员做了很好的安排，虽然只住了一晚，还是对他们周到的服务表示满意。

Room was small and definitely had damp. The bathroom door was a slippery hazard, the air on spat water on me at night. No one at check in so had to call them and then wait another ten minutes. No water in the room on arrival. Bed was comfy and reasonable location. Can book airport connections easily with them also

Just not okay
We arrived at the hotel early and the staff were happy to store our luggage until check-in. Unfortunately, our room hadn't been cleaned when this time arrived. The manager said she thought we might be more comfortable in another hotel, a few minutes away as it had a window, whereas the room in the current location did not. We thought that was a kind offer, agreed and hee husband kindly dropped our rucksacks off as well, to save us carrying them. The new room had a sliding door that looked out over the street below, air-conditioning, kettle and toiletries but it was dirty. Soap scum build-up on rapearé in the bathroom, cracked bath, shower that barely worked and produced a dribble of water. The sheets, duvet and cover were stained and we found a condom under the duvet, blood and urine stains on the mattress protector and hair from both ends of a person on the sheets. Not in a position to get another hotel, we cleaned up as best we could and used our sleeping bag liners instead of the linen provided. The bolt on the door didn't work either, which didn't make us feel comfortable. The managers were very friendly but this hotel needs work. Location in The Old Quarter is excellent.

Booked a 43m2 room got a 17m2 room, this place is dilapidated and run down, nothing like the photos on expedia, Always see the room before you pay, which i didn’t 😱

ハノイ観光にとても良い立地で、ローカルな美味しいお店が近く沢山あり、食べ歩いて探してみるのも楽しいと思います。私は一日中徒歩で市内観光をしました。ハノイ市内はGrabタクシーもすぐに来てくれて便利です。 ホテルのスタッフも親切で前日のツアー予約や深夜の空港への送迎も快く手配してくれました。設備の使用方法なども慣れていなくて困ったのですが親切に教えてくれて、安全に楽しい旅を終えることができました。 It's in a great location for sightseeing in Hanoi, and there are many delicious local restaurants nearby, so I think it's fun to walk around and explore them. I spent the whole day touring the city on foot. Grab taxis are very convenient in Hanoi as they come quickly. The hotel staff was also kind and willing to make tour reservations the day before and arrange transportation to the airport late at night. I had some trouble because I wasn't familiar with how to use the equipment, but they kindly taught me how to use the equipment, and I was able to complete my trip safely and happily.

Hanoi Charming Hotel stay
The staff/owner of the hotel can speak English so there is nothing to worry about. My stay in the hotel is good. Its location is accessible to everything. I see no problem during my stay at all.

非常に安価で広い個室に泊まることができる。 エアコン完備、テレビもあり、シャワー・トイレブースも広い。寝具も清潔感有、冷蔵庫もある。 ただ、１回だけ22時頃宿に戻った際に、カギをもらおうと宿直の年配男性に言ったら「その部屋の鍵はもうない、知らない」と言われたことがあった。 結果ありましたが。 また機会があったら泊ってもいい宿です。

古いうえにメンテナンスも清掃も不十分。20年前のベトナムに住んだことが、ここまで不衛生なホテルは初めて。自信のある方でも、1泊目と2泊目以降を別予約にしてキャンセルできるようにしたほうがいいかも。 具体的には・・・ ・コーム（櫛）には誰かの毛髪が残った状態 ・使用済みの歯磨き粉チューブが残った状態 ・バスマットが使い古しの雑巾のよう ・ほつれて黒ずんだバスタオル。5㎝程の穴が開いた東横INのバスタオル ・シャワーの水圧がジョウロ以下 ・お湯はスイッチを入れる必要があるが、案内は一切なし ・コンセントの立て付けが悪いのか、プラグ入れられず。ホテルの人に入れてもらうも、自力では何度試してもできず。結局抜かないように使用 ・冷蔵庫は電源入っておらず。コードが届く位置にコンセントがないので、実質使用不可 ・カギ(部屋番号付き）はフロントデスク放置でスタッフ不在 ・ホテル前の道は恐らく車は入れず。タクシーは大通りで乗降 以下は良かった点です。 ・フロントのお姉さんが気さくでとても親切。 ・ハンザ市場に近く旧市街散策には便利な場所。 ・ドライヤーは十分な風力。

From the beginning everything was wrong! Andress was incorrect so I had to rumble around asking everyone and everywhere, then nothing like the pictures at all! A big scam! Everything in the bathroom was so rusty, bed is super uncomfortable, first night I locked the door and next morning was unlocked I don't know why or how! And cherrie of the pie: this morning went to the toilet opened the door and then: 7 cocoraches! Had to called the lady, but this is so disgusting, I wouldn't come back in my entire life! I feel just robbed, price Vs quality, only good thing: location.
