Excellent service. The receptionist Alice is super friendly, she has shared a list of the nearby restaurants, cafe, pho, banh mi places with me. Highly recommend, and will definitely come back again when I visit Hanoi.

The photos of the hotel tell themselves - gorgeous and chic hotel well located in the heart of Hanoi Center. But what we can get more from experience is that they have a wonderful team providing excellent service! From the hotel to the restaurant and to the spa, all staff are providing the best service. Special thanks to Anh Dang who makes wonderful arrangement to celebrate my fiance's birthday weekend, and he is really kind to allowing us a late check-out so that we can enjoy until the last moment before we have to leave for the airport in late afternoon. This was the first time we spent so much time at a hotel during a trip!

可能是飯店的疏失，我們抵達La Siesta Hotel Trendy後，飯店很熱情的上了迎賓飲料及水果，也有專門的服務人員幫我們check in，但告知我們要幫我們升等到他們開幕不久的La Siesta Premium Hang be，被告知升等當然很開心，但因為我們是兩大兩小，當初訂Hotel Trendy就是因為有連通房才預定地，不過Premium Hang be沒有四人房，因此我們被拆開成兩個房間；不過Premium Hang be的位置更好，早餐也非常不錯，服務人員非常熱情有禮，整個團隊整體而言表現是非常好的，即使有一點點的美中不足!!

The sound insulation is not perfect, we can hear some noise from corridor, but it is acceptable. We slept well in the whole stay.

非常棒的旅館，服務人員很親切，還幫我們的房間升等，迎賓飲料也很好喝，旅館相當有設計感，適合年輕朋友或情侶同來。我們在河內的幾天，換了好幾家旅館，服務人員協助我們運送行李，非常貼心的服務。 旅館的地點很棒，在市中心的小巷中，很安靜，離還劍湖大約10分鐘，相當喜歡這裡。

Just a little more means perfect hospitality
The hotel experience and hospitality was extremely good (except finding a grape stem on the washing basin just after checking in, which I can well forgive) until after we checked out. We booked our transport to and fro Ha Long Bay via La Siesta. The trip back was on a private car, the driver barely spoke English and didn’t explain to us why he stopped half way to buy fruit on the road side. The other thing was, I paid $1 USD each for the hotel to send 2 postcards when I checked out. My friends have yet received them, while the postcards I dropped off directly in the airport have safely arrived Hong Kong in a week. This gave me some mark deduction for the otherwise excellent hotel experience La Siesta has offered. Moreover, it’s next to the very special train line between buildings.

服務非常好的飯店
飯店員工的服務非常之好，一下車就有穿著當地服裝的員工過來問候，並且在check-in時還會招待水果跟特調飲料，很美味。 我訂的是標準客房 (Trendy Deluxe)，進去後覺得房間不算大，但佈置得很不錯。要注意的是我們房間外面旁邊有一個火車軌道，火車會有聲音，怕吵的人可能要註明不要在這旁邊的房間。 我們在這住了2晚，第一晚睡覺時會聽的到隔壁房間男生的說話聲，蠻清楚的。第2天他們走了，晚上就幣叫安靜。 我有在飯店回饋單上說明我們睡的不好，因為被隔壁吵到。check-out時服務人員有來詢問一下情形，並且很有誠意的做了補償。 我們覺得這是一間服務很棒的飯店，之後再來越南會優先考慮他們集團的飯店。

所有酒店員工都笑容滿面的，感覺很親切，當遇到任何人他們都會打招呼，服務也很體貼，我的航班是在晚上的，早上Check out了並在酒店預約了的士去機場，行李留在酒店。我早了點回去等候回程，因為想去Spa那邊洗個澡，我跟酒店員工確認了行李和的士後，酒店員工Alexander主動問我會去那裡，然後我照直跟他說，他反應很快主動幫我安排房間給我洗澡，我當時真的很開心，服務很貼心，這間酒店沒有五星級的奢華，但有六星級的服務，絶對值得推薦！

飯店很新、非常注重乾淨整潔，從入口的第一刻起就可以感受到飯店的用心，附設的SPA及餐廳水準都是一流，更難能可貴的是價格非常平實，而且還有HAPPY HOUR！ 在旅行中旅館人員給了許多協助，讓整個旅行都因此而圓滿了！ 如果有機會再回河內，一定會再次入住本飯店！ 毋庸置疑！
