酒店就在夜市，風景區和還劍湖旅遊區內，非常方便。 酒店附近20米內有便利店，米粉店，商品咨，咖啡廳........不用煩!!! 酒吧街走路只要10分鐘就到......晚上不用怕無聊喔!!

Amazing hotel and passionate staff
I have been Honoi couple times and had stayed at several hotels. Ma I Charming Boutique Hotel is my favorite one. The hotel is in a great location. lots of sightseeing spots and shopping areas are within walking distances. Their staff is fun of passionate in serving guests and try all means to assist each need. I arrived the hotel around 7am, the staff found one space for me to rest on without extra charge. Their massage techniques are excellent. Each penny spent in the hotel is well paid off. I came back and stayed in the hotel again in a few days.

提供付費的接送機服務，員工很親切，地點就在老街上，離環劍湖很近。我的房間沒有對外窗，有點暗，但是因為白天工作不在飯店中，所以不太介意；如果不喜歡太暗的房間，要特別要求飯店安排。

Bel hôtel bien placé dans Hanoi et le vieux quartier. Personnel accueillant et très sympatique. Proche de tous les must see de la ville et des vins restaurants. Cependant, notre chambre était sans fenêtre, et elle était extrêmement humide et toute petite. Je vous recommande de payer un extra pour une meilleure chambre. Catherine, de l'agence de voyage de l'hôtel est très bien ainsi qu'il y a un spa.

立地がホアンキエム湖から近くて良いため、利用しました。 朝食は利用しなかったのですが、部屋の設備も良かったと思います。 以下、問題点です。 ・冬の利用だったのですが、エアコンに暖房機能がなかったため、星-1としました。 ・予約していたのにも関わらず、当日部屋がいっぱいで姉妹ホテルに案内されたため、星-1にしました。 ・代わりに案内された姉妹ホテルのグレードが明らかに下で、部屋の設備、朝食、アメニティーの品質がイマイチだったため、星-1にしました。 総合で考えると星2つの評価です。 予約したにも関わらず品質の下がる姉妹ホテルに案内するのは詐欺みたいなものだと思いますので、改善してほしいと思います。

On 2 different days there was a roach in the sink. The room had a window but the walk directly outside of it blocked natural light. But I did have lots of light coming into my room @ night time from the hallway both through the fan & the cracks in the door seal (loose term).

I book hotel for three night but I stayed two nights only. Staff very good & always try to help. During our stays that restaurant breakfast was very good ,balanced. チェックイン時にツアーを紹介してくれる。 飲食店もオススメを教えてくれる。 部屋は他のレビューにもあるように、カビ臭い感じ。ベッドのクッションもちょい臭い。 私の泊まった部屋は普通のカギで、開け方にコツがいる。 アメニティは、ｼｬﾜｰｷｬｯﾌﾟ、剃刀、歯ブラシ磨き粉、ｼｬﾝﾌﾟｰ、ボディｿｰﾌﾟ、固形石鹸などあり。 タオル類が2日間だけバスタオルだけだった、3日目はハンドタオルもあり。 コップなどがバッチャン焼きで良。 テレビの写り悪。 朝食の内容は良。窓ぎわは蟻に注意。 デポジットは無かった。 従業員の方々は良い印象。ありがとうございました。

Vi skulle have en enkelt overnatning efter en Ha Long Bay tur inden vi kunne komme videre med en flyver. Personalet på Mai var meget hjælpsomme og hjalp os planlægge vores videre rejse. Der var en underlig lugt på værelset til at starte med, men efter at vi tændte AC'en på fuld blæs forsvandt det.

I and my sister have been for 6 days and 5 nights in Hanoi and Sapa. The staff at Mai Charming Hotel and Spa here took the best place of services. First start at offering us the most valuable tour in the best price. Took caring of our luggages and offering a nice comfort for us to take a shower even the day we didn't stay at their hotel. Full service of picking us from airport to hotel and hotel to the railway station. With the ticketing services. Staying at the hotel has been so nice. Vary and delicious breakfast are included with the affordable price. The room and stuff were clean and neat. Things were safe and sound here. The last thing was the best touring guide service. The staff was so nice. They never let you go out if you have no idea to travel. They are professional local tour guides. With their recommended attractions, local foods, ice cream, and coffee. You never be bored.

JERRY FRONT DESK GUY SCAMMED US! DO NOT STAY HERE
In our 4 month trip across southeast asia this hotel was by far the worst experience we had! Jerry the man working the front desk scammed us. We booked a flight with him through the hotel departing from our next destination and when we got to the airport he never booked our ticket gave us some made up confirmation email. when we called the hotel to get our money back he went back and forth saying he would refund me my money 1 month later and i can't get a hold of him and i never got our $275 USD back. BE WARE OF JERRY HE WILL SCAM YOU! other than that the hotel was nothing special plenty of other hotels in the area for the same price and better quality.

Hôtel bien situé, équipe souriante, mais pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre...Petits déjeuners peux copieux. Ils nous ont réservé des hôtels et des visites dans différents lieux du Vietnam. Mais on a été déçu de certains hôtels et visites qu'ils nous ont conseillés, qui étaient sans intérêt... On les a payé vraiment trop cher !!!! Je pense qu'ils ont des accords entre eux, et tant pis pour l'avis du touriste. C'est dommage.

방크기가 살짝 작고, 시설이 약간 오래된 느낌이 있지만, 가격이 매우 저렴하면서도 깔끔하고 편안한 호텔입니다. 그리고 직원분들이 매우 친절합니다. 익숙하지 않으신 분들은 살짝 부담스러울지도 ㅎㅎ 또한, 여행 일정변경으로 숙박일정 조정을 부탁드렸는데 흔쾌히 변경을 해주셨습니다. ^^ 사장님께서 본인 호텔에 방이 없으면 여동생분 호텔이라도 방을 구해주시겠다고 하셨어요. 완전 친절~*-* 조식도 맛있고 깔끔합니다. 강추해요~ㅎㅎ

The room you book is exactly as what we got on internet. The Classic Double room is smallest room type in hotel, however it still cozy and similar facilities with other. 2. The small gift from our team ( inclusive a chocolate & birthday card) was setting in the room would located, but when our front desk staff change the room, they forget to move the items. We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. Honestly we are happy to do and willing to sett up for guests in special case. Finally we are so sad and feel sorry while you miss a happy time at our hotel. As we are strong serious briffing to our front desk to do better next time.
