原本訂下七間双床房，约當地時間六時前到達，一名男经理自稱boa ba ba召呼說暂只有四間空房，另三間要等约半小時，徐後即遊説我們要去那處玩可帮我們組團，並不停介绍，一小時後再要求上客房就説未準備好，當大家不耐煩時及要求看房間就説有一联缐酒店刚装修好，會有足夠房間，但去到酒店只像居宿一樣，跟本不能和三星酒店比，但那時已将近八時了，大家都想休息及晚飯，便不再爭咬，就住下來，那经理又继績説包團的問題，我們推説吃飯後再説，全程都没有入住此酒店，如何可給好評語。在者在胡志明的Lafelix更不像話，用單人房加多一張床，就話係標準双床房，房間又细又窄。真的差，差，差，劣劣劣

the worst hotel experience ever
My first time in Vietnam and this hotel basically ruined my whole trip and gave me the worst impression about this country. This hotel basically tried whatever way to get our money and they were lying all the time. We made the reservation for two nights. My mom and I arrived late the first night to the hotel, and they didn't keep the room for us. They told us since the kid got sick so no room for us (wait, any relationship between these two?). They tried to put us to the terrible hotel next to them which doesn't even have elevator and they wanted us to walk all the way to the sixth floor. My mom can't walk so many steps so I asked them to provide us the better solution. They sent us to another hotel. In the morning of the second day, they forced us to check out from another hotel and tried to move back and check in in their hotel. We basically lost the whole morning and the early afternoon on the second day by dealing with this. I told them that I don't want to stay in their hotel the second day and they promise that they would give the money back to me. Until now, two weeks later, they never picked up my phone and I still didn't get my money back......and these are not the only thing they did to us, they also planned the worst tour ever for my mom and I.....they wasn't honest on what they could offer us by the price and they sent us to the wrong tours and also cheaper cruise without noticing us.

良いホテルでした。スタップの愛想も良く、快適でした。 少し古く、コンセントがぐらつくものがある（使えはする。） WiFi回線が重くなる時がある。 朝食が同じメニューで飽きる。 等の問題点もありましたが、 それらを差し引いても十分良いホテルと 言えるかと思います。 価格も安いですし、周りに屋台や コンビニ等揃っています。 充分オススメできますよ。

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Alle Highlights des Old Quarters lassen sich problemlos erlaufen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr lecker und konnte sich mit so manchen Streetfoodständen messen. (Insbesondere die Pho) Absolut hervorzuheben ist auch der Service der Mitarbeiter. Bei sämtlichen Anfragen waren sie hilfsbereit. Für den Preis, unschlagbar.

새벽비행기때매 숙박은 아니고 예약한방입니다. 위치도 좋고 그냥 쏘쏘한방입니다. 하노이 건물이 다 그냥 오래되고 그런것같아요 그래서 그냥 그러려니했고, 바닥이랑 이런건 깨끗하진못했어요 샤워부스는 우주선같았네요 ㅋㅋㅋ파란색불빛이 나와서 씼을때 진짜 무서웠어요 ; 진짜 무서웠음 그냥 위치나 이런건 좋았어요! 엄청 추천하진 않지만 Helios Legend Hote보다는 추천합니다

Great location, good value
Great little hotel in the Old Quarter within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff are a delight, very helpful and obliging, always pleasant. Breakfast was a bonus, the usual offering of bread and jams for toast, fruits, and they will prepare your eggs anyway you like them. A fridge in the room was great, and the wifi was very dependable.

An oasis amidst bustle
My friend and i had a lovely stay at the Parkson in our rooms on the seventh and eighth floors. The rooms were perhaps a bit in need of updating, but the bathrooms were large, the shower was completely separate, the rooms were a good size and quite quiet, which was an almost impossible achievement in the lively, chaotic area in which the hotel is located . The breakfast was plentiful and good, with a comfortable area in which to eat it. The staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is very close to a night market, a variety of shops and food venues. It is very good value for one’s money. Alexsandra, from Ottawa, Canada

Tired room, could be cleaner, great staff
I had the room on the top floor which was huge, but the room was a bit tired looking and could use a refresh, such as new furniture, towels, linens. I also felt the room could be cleaner, especially the bathroom but I find this to be an issue with almost all budget hotels in Vietnam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator so this is good for those with mobility issues or who don't want to climb stairs (however top floor room does require climbing one flight of stairs).

Could be better
This is not a bad hotel but it could be so much better. Rooms are clean but many towels are in dire need of replacement. Breakfast is limited and tea/coffee stored in jugs that don't keep it hot. No complimentary mineral water. I arrived late evening so had to open a bottle in the fridge. Charge was 300% higher than the same water from local Circle K mini market.

Comfy and we'll positioned
Hotel was in good position to walk to the main tourist attractions. Very smart hotel. Separate shower pod instead of wet room. Twin beds were both doubles! Excellent breakfast included and staff very frindly and helpful with excellent English

Family holiday in Vietnam
Very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was good offering choices of food (noodles, fried rice, etc) to be cooked for you. Room was cozy, though small, and you get the Vietnam feel on decors so it's good. Only thing that needs attention is the towels provided. They will need to be replaced with newer ones. Location is accessible to the market so if you like shopping this is the place to be.

Excelent Hote with perfect location in Hanoi
Excelent Rooms, personal, services, and location in old town in Hanoi. I hade booked 2 rooms for me and my friend. We were both satisfied. Location is perfect for people who likes see the town by foot. Close to Hanois beat night life area with bars, cafe resturang. Night market, and beautifull park and walking area at lake. Recommended strongly.

Estivemos hospedados dois dias neste hotel, fizemos um cruzeiro em Ha Long Bay de 3 dias e depois ficamos mais um dia para aguardar nosso próximo voo. O que mais se destacou foi que tivemos alguns contra tempos e assim que comunicamos ao staff do hotel foi tudo resolvido muito rápido. Além disso a cortesia, simpatia e presteza dos funcionários foram de alto nível. O que pode ser melhorado é o café da manhã que tem pouca opção e o que é servido deixa a desejar.

Fabulous hotel to stay in Hanoi
We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The hotel looked nice, clean and romantic. Our deluxe room was nice decorated, spacious and extremely clean.The staff were always helpful, friendly and humorous as well.We felt at home and no gap between us. Blood and pubic hairs on our first room. Put in another room big bed but kettle leaked badly at base.Shower filled and over flowed to all bathroom floor. Others said it is the same in their room .we had flight issues and staff would not help at all,having no interest

Parkson Hotel- a real 3 star with perfect quality
Give Parkson 10 mark for its golden service, friendly staff and perfect location and many others for more. Staff all speak fluently English and some can even speak French, Japanes and Chinese. The hotel has just been upgraded so all facilities are still in good condition, spotless. Rooms are clean, spacous and nothing to comment. We booked the Halong Bay tour through this hotel and got good price because the Glory Legend Cruise is a part of this hotel.

The hotel facilities are a bit old but the hotel staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Special thanks to Jacky Thai, Thuy and Richard. Jacky made our trip more enjoyable with his great recommendations on restaurants and shopping. He also made sure our requests were accommodated promptly.

Perfect choice for good hotel in central of Hanoi
Parkson Hotel Hanoi is a very good place to stay in Hanoi for its good location, friendly staff and nice room. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the food and Vietnamese coffee. We booked the trip to Halong Bay on Glory legend Cruise via this hotel and we felt happy and proud of spending our holiday on that cruise. We will come back Hanoi and Parkson must be our first choice.

all the staff were really really kind but there was a few things they have to improve especially maintenance... the shower room was not clean and there was much dust on the window frame the bed looks pretty old but the lady who was pregnant was a five star hotel employee I guess she was amazing..

숙소는 거리 초입에 있어 찾기 매우 쉽습니다. 웰컴 드링크도 제공하고 직원분이 매우 친절합니다. 지도를 제공해주어서 각종 관광포인트 및 볼거리, 먹을거리등이 잘 표시되있어요. 숙소 샤워부스 문이 잘 맞지않고 전등이 안들어와서 교체해달라고 했는데 당시 직원이 영어를 잘 못알아듣고 방이 덥다는 줄 알고 선풍기를 가져왔더군요. 방문이 키카드가 아니라 열쇠라는 점이 불편했어요. 전반적인 서비스 및 위치, 직원의 친절도 등은 매우 만족하였습니다. 다음에 베트남에 가게된다면 또 머물고 싶네요^^

Cheap and so good quality
Nice and clean hotel with superb friendly staff. We could not expect for more from what we have paid for a 3 star hotel. All thing were well arranged from pick up service, breakfast service and tour arrangement. We booked Galaxy Premium Cruise for 2 days and 1 night and really enjoyed this tour. Thank you Ly Ly for your kind support.

Great experience!
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in total 11 nights in Vietnam and found this hotel was the best among for its price, location and friendliest staff. It was really nice there. The people were so friendly and I felt totally welcome. I also liked the breakfast which was really good. When I come back to Hanoi I will definitely stay in this place again. Had a awesome time there.

Very pleased with our stay, fantastic service!
The staff was so nice and service-minded. 9 PM we went to the reception to ask them to sign us up for a specific Halong Bay-trip the morning after for a cheaper price than the ones in the official pamphlets and on the company's web site. Immediately they started to do a lot of phone calls and later on they informed us that the specific cruise we wanted to go with was full-booked, resulting in that we got a similar trip, but in a more luxurious boat, for a price even cheaper than the normal one for the trip we asked for in the first place. Furthermore they somehow managed to give us air-conditioning for free in a bungalow we slept in for one night. Usually this cost 15 dollars extra. After we got back from Halong Bay we were welcome to stay in the hotel for an hour or two without paying while we're waiting for a night-bus. We were some blocks away buying fruit when a guy came to pick us up and take us to the bus, so the receptionist ran out on the street to find us and bring us back to the hotel so we wouldn't miss the bus. Additionally the hotel itself was great. Well-tasting breakfast buffe and really nice and clean rooms.

Fantastic hotel in good location
We can not recommend this hotel enough after staying here for 3 nights. Our room 's clean, nice decorated and very spacious. Breakfast served from 6.30 Am to 10.30 Am and included in the room price. Food is so delicious and varied. Staff and location are the best things for this hotel and we felt very satisfied and expect to come back.
