The room and the bed are big enough. However, there is no carpark for parking motor cars and the hotel cannot offer help or any suggestion for customers to park. In Vietnam, it is very common to ride a motor, so the hotel should provide space for parking or let the customers know where the nearest carpark is!

Nice stay
Pros: Great location - near the lake as well as the night market (during weekends). Good staff - nice and helpful; smiles at you when you enter the hotel :D! Cons: The soundproofing of rooms is not quite good - can hear the next door when they were taking a shower...

有機場接送，很讓人放心。服務人員非常友善，房間也很乾淨，早餐很美味，整個賓至如歸的感覺。位置很棒，不論是到附近的景點與購物都非常方便。唯一的缺點就是同樓層客房間的隔音不佳。

位於還劍湖附近，鄰近市中心，非常方便。酒店樓高十層，在當地算大型，當天還免費幫我們升級為家庭房，寬敞舒適，寢具非常乾淨，睡得很舒服。早餐也很不錯。

很好的地点，到还剑湖和商业区都很方便，而所在街区比较安静。服务人员态度很好，服务周到有道家的感觉。

On no planet is this a 4 star hotel. I would say it’s a 2 at best. The door men don’t even look at you when you come in and out. The showers were covered in mould. The extra comforters and blankets in the room were covered in somebody else’s black hair. When we asked for a third one they brought us a mattress pad covered in yellow stains. The fitness center door was broken and it was super hot inside. The air conditioner didn’t work the first day. The wifi was terrible throughout the hotel. Just an all around terrible experience. Additionally Expedia was of no help in dealing with any of it. I won’t be using Expedia again and definitely would never stay at this hotel again.

Bathroom was very outdated and required more cleaning. The shower itself did not work as intended with the shower head. Mould on the floor. It was very noisy every night from both outside and from the room next door (partially because we had a an interconnecting door to the next room which was inconvenient). As we checked out they charged us for bottled water that was used?! Never stayed in a hotel that charged you for using bottled still water and on the mini fridge price list this was not stated. Overall this hotel is not very good and we most definitely will not be staying here again.

Even though I took a careful shower, the floor was completely soaked. I now understand why rubber sandals were provided. The power outlet in the room was loose and I had to move the TV and plug it in from the back to charge my phone. The room was large and good but not recommended for a price.

とにかくロケーション的には非常に良いです。食事には困らないし、観光にも不便ではないです。無難に宿泊したい人には良いと思います。朝食はオーダーすれば、オムレツやフライドエッグ、フォーなども食べれます。少し古さは否めませんが、十分なホテルです。

Excellent location in the middle of old quarter, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was nice and rooms a good size. The pool is ok, but it’s s shame the pool/rooftop bar wasn’t open - we ended up taking the beers from our mini bar to enjoy on the roof for sunset!
