自助早餐是自己煮自己清洗。網路段段續續，因為AP機器故障。機場接送有點貴US.15元。最嚴重是浴室水壓太小，天冷時還是不要洗澡。離舊城區不遠建議照錶計算比較便宜。晚上有點吵。

Young man at the desk was polite and responded quickly to my concerns but the facility was disappointing. The lobby was dark and cluttered, there were housekeeping supplies stacked on the landing outside the room, the bathroom fixtures were dirty, safe didn’t work and wasn’t bolted down, A/C was broken, condoms were provided but coffee or tea to have make with the kettle was not. Neighborhood is not very active after dark either, not much to eat or drink. It’s a dive, honestly.

Let me clarify so that other guests would not misunderstand the situation: Firstly, the AC was working well, it is a two-way AC, means not only the AC but also a heater. The previous day guest turned on heater and when you came it was still on heater mode. Our staff helped you to turned back to AC mode. Secondly, the safe was working too, our staff showed you how it worked, by put # after the code, correct? We thank you for the remark on housekeeping supplies on the floor, we will remind our team right away. We appreciate your feedback. What I like most about this hotel is the staffs. They gave a very warm welcome, very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and big, bed is super comfortable.

Thank you very much for your feedback. It is very sad to see this review as I am pretty sure this is an unfortunate misunderstanding. We have 24/7 front desk, however, at night, for safety reason, we need to lock the front door, we have a bell outside for guests who come back late to ring and notify front desk to open the door. Regarding housekeeping, we clean the room daily but only change the bed sheet every 2 days, unless requested by the guest - this is also a common practice from most hotels. And we did actually change your bed sheet the second day and we noticed the blood on it (we did not charge any extra cleaning fee and even gave you more tissue paper so that you dont wipe your blood on the sheet). Hope this message clear the misunderstanding from your side.

Unfortunately our air conditioning was not working properly in room 302. Staff did provide a fan which helped a bit but room was very h oh t and uncomfortable. Stayed in this toom 16 months ago and same issue. Staff were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again but not in room 302.

Tres petite chambre pour 3 adultes . 1/2 fenêtre ouvrant sur une minuscule colonne entre 2 immeubles. Pas de réfrigérateur pour les boissons, pas d'ascenseur, le temps de trouver en urgence un nouvel hébergement , nous avons redescendu nos valises et avons fuit cet établissement et perdu le coût des 2 nuitées réservées. 1킬로쯤 걸어가면 바로 식물원이 있고, 반대편에는 일주사와 호치민 박물관, 무덤, 광장이 있어 위치가 조용하고 아늑한 장점이 있어요. 바로 앞이 농림부가 있고 너른창으로 보이는 큰 나무가 시원함을 더해줍니다. 진관사 등이 있는서호까지 걸어 가는 것도 가능할만큼 그리 멀지는 않아요. 단지, 엘리베이터가 없어 4층까지 오르락내리락 하는 것이 조금 불편하며, 식당이라기 보다는 부엌이라는 느낌의 장소에서 먹는 아침식사가 다소 부실한 게 흠입니다. 바로 옆 건물에 식당이 있어 사먹기는 좋습니다 룹탑에 빨래를 널 수 있으며, 저렴하게 빨래를 맡길 수 있어요. 건조기가 없어 비오는 날 서비스에는 어려움이 있었어요. 그래도 싼 가격대를 고려하면 매우 좋은 숙소였어요.

Place is good but hotels.com misleading with facilities. Our booking showed 40 inch tv and safe in room but not true. It also says restaurant but they do not have this either . Please maybe add that there are no ground floor rooms and no lift for those who are not traveling light .having said that I would still recommended

Hotel was awful. Mould in the bathroom. Dirty linen. Staff very unhelpful. We were booked for 4 nights. Checked out after one night and went and stayed elsewhere.

Tu House was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, but not overly hard. The shower had hot and cold water. The staff was friendly. I was ill and they showed great concern and asked about how I was feeling. There is a great local restaurant down the street. It is a short walk from the Ho Chi Minh museum, mausoleum, and presidential palace. It is located away from the main tourist area so it is quieter though lacks some conveniences. I recommend staying here if you prefer something less crowded. I would be willing to stay here again.

We arrived late it what seemed a sketchy part of town but were happy to find the woman at reception spoke English very well. The room was clean and staff were friendly. We even had a breakfast thrown in. Great deal for $20!

Good location to the historic sites in Ba Dinh
Hotel room was extremely huge and the room provided many things which other hotels didn't. Had a hairdryer, power extension cord, laundry basket, laundry hanger, smart TV, WiFi router, balcony. The homestay has many kittens with their mother cat which were adorable. Spoke briefly with the lady owner and she was really friendly.

Great room.
The hotel had asked us to confirm arrival time so they could arrange better service. So when the porter didn't lift a finger to help with our bags, I wondered why bother asking. Room was really big and nicely decorated. It was quiet outside. The next day, breakfast was a room wih a kettle and no staff. When I located the staff member, she seemed to find it very strange that we wanted breakfast to go and asked if we had a bag to put it in, despite our previous confirmation this would be ok.

visited Hanoi 3/25/18 - 4/7/18
My cousin and I stayed at Tu House a total of 7 days out of 2 weeks. Loved all of the staff. Ana and Chi (Spelling ?) were so friendly and helpful. They have eggs, toast and coffee in the little kitchen downstairs. Ana and Chi always insisted on making it for us, which they didn't have to do. I paid in advance on Expedia so check in was quick and no fuss. You're not staying at the HIlton, so the room is what you would expect at a homestay. Dirt, dust and critters are to be expected. Beds were comfortable, bedding looked clean. Fresh towels every day, 3n1 coffee and hot water pot were in the room. So pretty much everything you need since you're out sightseeing most of the day. A few steps away on the left is a coffee shop and to the right is a bakery, which were nice. Hanoi is a very busy city, honking horns and noises from people outside are constant 24/7. If you are a light sleeper, this probably isn't the best place to stay. Noise subsides around midnight and starts up again around 4 or 5. We were usually exhausted from all of the sightseeing that we fell right asleep, so noise wasn't too much of a problem, but should be expected in this city. No matter where you stay, you are ultimately going to have to use Uber or taxis to get around. It's just unavoidable. So although you are not in the heart of the old district or Westlake, you can easily catch an Uber or taxi. They are literally everywhere. I highly recommend Tu House for those who are looking for an inexpensive, clean

讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
Clean, Comfortable and Friendly
Tu House was very clean, the room and bed very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a small place outside of the Old Quarter area but still centrally located near tourist destinations. If you don't like the mania of the Old Quarter but still want to be near enough to visit central Hanoi this is a nice choice and we really appreciated their help booking cars etc.

Hotel bien situé,près du musée d'Ho Chi Minh
Hotel bien situé pour visiter Hanoi ..... Vente dès billets pour la baie d'halong à prix correct.... Je n'ai pas aimé la clarté de la chambre située au dessus de la réception et le volet qui ne s'ouvre pas....
