服務人員很親切跟熱心，飯店的設施也不錯，早餐的飲食也很美味，飯店地點位置也在景點區附近，但是早上7點多都會有裝修敲擊的聲音會影響到睡眠，另外隔音的部分也比較差，如果這兩點可以改善的話是非常棒的飯店。

The property is near the downtown walking area, you dont even need to order a car for meals or drinks. Hotel staff was friendly. Overall it was a clean environment. Would stay again.

The Light Hotel is EXCELLENT! Great, helpful staff ( "Tony" was especially kind in offering suggestions, showing me the amenities offered by the hotel.) It is very clean and comfortable, and the small rooftop pool was quite refreshing.The buffet breakfast was full of choice and delicious. The bar/lounge was friendly, welcoming, and the " Happy Hour" specials were especially nice. The location, near shops, " Train Street", and other Old Quarter sites makes this the perfect place to stay in Hanoi in my opinion. And the price was reasonable too! I'll definitely plan on staying here in the future when I return to Hanoi!!

The hotel is set in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Area around very walkable with lots of food options available. The hotel itself has a beautiful outside. The rooms are small & a little tight

The Light is a Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location, on the edge of the Old Quarter, made it a very walkable location for everything we wanted to see and do.

The staff were wonderful. Always quick to help. My room was roomy and clean. Although the description for the so called windows are a bit misleading. They are small and facing your neighbors window. The dont overlook anything other than your neighbor who have similar view. The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selection and quite bland most days. The gym is alright. Bench press with Olympic barbell and plates that have a combine weight of 60kg. Not much, but better than nothing. Dumbells that go up to 24kg, Butterfly machine and pull down machine.Plus 2 treadmill and a stationary bike. A little cramp if you have more than 5 peole working out at a time. Open time is 10am-10pm. The location though is convenient because you can walk to all the sights and attractions in and out of the old quarter. Circle K is nearby and so is a Pharmacy. Tons of food option on both side of the hotel.

Was very clean room with comfortable plush pillows. Breakfast included was very good with great variety. We had a spa day at the hotel and it was wonderful for the price- highly recommended. They also gave a small gift of local coffee at check out.

Great location, within walking distance to so many food and shopping locations. Staff was so kind and attentive, the room was very nice and roomy and the toilet was lovely Rug was a little warm but, we enjoyed our bed so much. Very comfy. Definitively a good stay and location gor the price, train is so close. We walked 45 minutes to the Scramble

グランドスイートテラスに3泊しました 主人と2人だけだったので広さは十分、 テラスはhotels.comの掲載写真で想像したよりも広くて綺麗でした 徒歩でお店を回れるのでアクセスには便利だと思います 一度利用したホテルのスパもまあまあ良かったですが、もっとお安い隣のお店に毎日通いました バスタブがなかったのが残念ですが、ハウスクリーニングはきちんとしていただけました 値段相応だと思います

Jättebra läge, trevlig personal, bra frukost. Det enda som kom som en liten besvikelse var att rummet kändes mindre än 22 kvm som det skulle ha varit. Vi fick knappt plats med våra två stora resväskor.

This was a beautiful hotel with incredible customer service. Even without a window, we loved our room and our every need was catered to. Probably the best breakfasts we had in terms of choice out of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Convenient location. Massages from the spa were also totally relaxing and convenient to have in the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was an awesome place, cannot recommend it highly enough, the gym was ok, rooftop pool is good and sunbathing area, breakfast was first rate and the service awesome, the English is this hotel is the best and they make things run smoothly. A problem free and delightful stay. Will stay again!!

Not My Best Experience
The good things were only the breakfast (a vast selection of buffet) and location (located in Hoan Kiem but at a quiet spot). Other things were not that great. I rented out the most expensive room in the hotel (Grand Terrace Suite) but it was pretty basic. Firstly, I was really disappointed because although arranged before arrived I was only looking for a double bed, king or queen room, thus if they cannot provide this, I would prefer to cancel the booking, they assured me that my request is complied. When I arrived, I found my room with two single beds combined. It was very frustrating. The amenities in the Grand Terrace Suite were also quite basic compared to other Grand or most expensive rooms I stayed in Hanoi. Also for other hotels, it is normal to provide two cards when requested but it is weird that they rejected this request and can only provide one card for a room. The staff were kind. But for the money that I paid, I feel strongly is not worth it.

Very noisy large group of teenagers staying
Staff EXTREMELY helpful and kind especially the door men/ bell boys. Hotel a little dated. But clean. Shame that the gym doesn’t open until 1130 am as I’d like to exercise before breakfast. My main issue was when I stayed there were more than 150 teenagers staying on several floors. They were running around and screaming until after midnight singing and running between rooms. I asked a few times for them to be quiet if made no use. I got the impression they have groups like this staying often. It felt like a hostel.

The staff at the light hotel were absolutely outstanding. The staff helped us arrange car transport, laundry, SIM cards and everything we needed to begin our trip. Great place to explore Ha Noi and surrounding area.
